I order from them several times, lately they send wrong sizes, I haven't checked it the first time they made mistake, I ripped the tag off, washed and then tried on. I had hard attack, it was so snag on me, the I looked at the label, I ordered size S, I got S in EU size so XS in US. I contact customer service, it was back in April, I let them know about the order issue, then I ordered few months later in size M as that's the only size close to mine the had, to my surprise I got S in US and that was great but again I got wrong size! I called them again, it was back in September. Now great sale, before I ordered I call customer service making sure that I am ordering the right size, not Euro but US. They assured me problem was fix to order the correct size. So finally after almost 2 weeks I am getting my order, so very excited. Guess what, F wrong size again! So I call them again, they sorry but some time happen. BS I said happens all the time! So if you order make sure to get size up. Shoes run size bigger but then you never know. I love there clothes, but it's getting frustrating...

The Mango costumer service is the worst that I ever experienced. When I purchased the items site has 40% discount but I got charged more by error, and never received a reasonable explanation.
I implore you to not buy online from this retailer! I was a first time customer and I read a ton of horrible reviews about their customer service but I ignored it and took a chance. Not a mistake I will make again. I placed an order on 10/10/20. On 10/16/20 my tracking showed that my package was delivered but there was nothing at my door. I contacted USPS who let me know that the postal worker had marked it delivered then realized he was at the wrong address and then marked it undelivered and that my package was being resent to the sender (mango). All myself and mango.com reps could see was that it was delivered as all other details are only viewable by the postal service. USPS immediately admitted fault and told me to go ahead and make a claim. Unfortunately there was only $50 worth of insurance and my package was worth $250 so I didn't want to go that route. I explained this to many mango reps but they just kept saying that since it was showing as delivered on their end there was nothing they could do. They also said they would keep in touch throughout the process via email every time I spoke to them (over 20 times at this point) but have yet to receive any emails from them. I decided to just file a claim with my credit card since mango was of no help (and I had proof from USPS that the package was being resent to the sender from USPS). Once the credit card company reached out to mango I received an email from mango on 11/07/20 saying my return was being accepted and that I would be receiving an refund to my original form of payment. Now 16 days later and 3 more phone calls later I have still yet to receive a refund. On my last phone call on 11/23/20 I was told it should "hopefully" be refunded by 11/27/20 and that the credit card dispute has complicated the process. If they would have just handled this correctly in the first place there wouldn't have been a dispute. I am beginning to feel like this could go on forever and I am not hopeful it will ever be resolved. I really think the return process is a scam. Has anyone ever been successfully refunded? I can't be the only one this has happened to. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have been purchasing clothes, accessories and shoes in Mango for the last ten years, both, in shops across Europe and online too and never been disappointed. Mango is much better quality than Zara and their products look more expensive and luxury than you actually pay for it. I can only recommend highly this brand.
It is now almost a month and i did not get the refund in my bank account since i returned my three items. Each time i send an email, they say we are checking your request. Moreover, the return label mentions two options one for return and one for exchange. However, after returning them for exchange, they said no this option is not available and that i need to make new order for the three items and later they will refund me. Since then no refund is received. Very bad service
The system in not secure and customer support is terrible. Someone created an account with my email address. This means that email confirmation is not required here. Also this means that I can see personal other person data. It's been a week when I wrote multiple emails about this situation to support and I still didn't hear any response yet. This means that customer support is slow and ignorant.
Been shopping online for awhile now spending a couple hundred each time. Loved their easy returns since there are no physical stores in Canada. Well I will no longer be shopping here again because the last order I did not receive a return label and I have not heard anything back from Customer service. It will be shopping on Zara from now on.
Order number C91ZR8. They refuse to refund me my money (which is 70 euro) only because I do not have the bank account in the country of purchase. I explained them that I am an international student here and only have the bank account in my home country. They even do not suggest alternative ways of refund (such as giving me a voucher of the amount of refund etc). I am actually furious and disappointing. The worst and the most awful online store and service I have ever received. Will never return.

I've just know about this brand recently. But I have to say that I LOVE IT so much. I'm sure that the MATERIAL will not make u disappointed. The material is worth the price. Every time I come, I'm satisfied. Before I used to go shopping at Zara, H&M, and f21, the material becomes worse after second and third time I do the laundry. It's very annoying me. Then I figure out this brand, although the price is higher than Zara a little bit, but it's worth. I don't know ab that bad refund service bc I don't buy online. So, I'm very surprised when reading 1 star reviews. However, I love the style in mango, it's not too girly, easy to wear, basic, and chic. The size is fit me well. I'm skinny, sometimes small size in other stores don't fit me, but I can find beautiful pants here and it fits me well. Very happy, super happy.
I like MANGO clothing; during sales, the prices correspond to the quality. But since these are online stores, seeing and trying the items is possible after receiving them, so returning some things increases. However, the return policy is terrible since the returning price does not fix, so that returning items do not make any sense. Perhaps this is the brand's goal - to earn as much as possible, regardless of the customers' convenience.
Ordered early saturday morning, shipment of order arrived by DHL(which I would not prefer if I had choice). Was hesistent, and scared bc of DHL tracking. But order came and to my liking, products like more than I thought. I got sale items and I think I good some good deals and for the brand, it was on clearance sale so I was able to grab some goodies. Overall had a good experience. One shirt was oversized, which was surprizing, since I ordered multiple shirts in the same size. But I called customer service and was assisted by staff to my satisfaction and will be returning it to them via post.
Don't buy anything from them. They don't return your money when you return the item. I called them few times but they don't answer and don't send you an email when you email them regarding the matter.
Major scammers! They will never ship your stuff & will never refund you. It's been over a year & they won't even return a message!
Made a purchase online, and waited for more than 2 weeks for the shipping (still not shipped yet), they would claim to have shipped your pkg immediately to cash the money, but it is only shipping info sent to the carrier, and the carrier never gets the physical package. NEVER buy from this brand again.
The worst fashion store online! I ordered over a month ago. After 10days I sent a request asking where the order was... Ha! They blamed COVID however I ordered from the GAP and H&M and got my orders in less than 5 days( mango online offered the same thing delivery within 5 days) however, they contacted me to send them a copy of my passport because the delivery company couldn't find me or my address. I am an avid online shopper with over 12 years of buying online. IWILL NEVER ORDER FROM SOMEONE WHO ASKS FOR MY PASSPORT COPY TO VERIFY MY NAME SO I THINK THEY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PERSON OR DIDNT HAVE THE PRODUCTS OR IT GOT LOST IN THE DELIVERY PROCESS. SHAME ON YOU MANGO SHAME... NOW INSTEAD OF CREDITING MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT THEY ARE ONLY RETURNING THE MERCHANDISE. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND...

I bought an item and a week later day made a discount on those products. I contacted Mango and they got back to my e-mail after over two months with a kind NO.
I used to like the brand and I ordered a dress. The dress arrived in a very poor condition, they didn't even bother to fold it before sending it. Without trying it, I sent it back on May 15 and since then I have been waiting for my refund.
I have contacted customer service several times -emails and calls-, sent them proofs but nothing happened, no updates from them. Never ordering again, it's a waste of time and money.
It's been eleven days and still no progress on my order... I will not be ordering from this store ever again!
I was scared cuz I placed my order before reading these reviews, but my order came in 3-5 business days like they said, and the clothes that I got looked good. However, I have no idea what the customer service would be like if I didn't like my clothes and were to return them, so I cannot comment on that. I live in Canada btw.
Answer: Good luck. They refused to cancel my order. I had to wait over two months for my items to be refunded after I returned them
Answer: Only way to find out is to wait. Because I ordered a dress and it arrived 5 days after my order but the Mango website said within 30 days. I was also nervous because after placing my order, I checked the reviews. Hopefully it arrives.
Answer: I just received mine today in Canada and I didnt pay anything, it arrived with DHL, shipped from Barcelona.
Answer: You can extort a reply out of them by complaining publicly under their Instagram posts. But their replies are not too helpful...
Answer: I think only swimwear collections since I searched on google and didn't see anything for resort wear, but I did see swim wear on Mango.
