I have been a customer of MakerGeeks for some time and they have been GREAT! Great customer service, Great products and Great people! I have not had any problems with anything that i have purchased from them. There filament has been always constantly good, prints are always smooth and clean.
Their monthly MakerGeeks Box subscription is also Great! Not just "samples" of product, ROLLS of product. They give you so much more for your money than the other monthly box services.
I wish i could give them MORE STARS!

I have been buying filament from MakerGeeks for many years and have had amazing experiences with them. I have bought everything from Maker brand PLA, Maker PETG, ABS, to Raptor PLA. All has been very high quality stuff. I cannot say enough about how the team actually cares about their customers. If there is ever any issue, please contact them and they will make it right!

This is the best filament I have ever purchased! I constantly try new filaments, and I am always comparing brands. THIS IS THE BEST EVER! The dimensionality accuracy is out this world! MakerGeeks is by far the best in the biz! When I need the best filament in the world I go with with MakerGeeks! They are a USA manufactured filament made with the finest ingredients! But seriously I am not blowing smoke (at this time I have around 100 kilos of their filaments on hand) I run a 3d printing hub, and maintain 6 3d printers that I run around the clock. With all the recent advances in 3d printing my clients demand the Best! I get the most consistent extrusion with their product and I always have clients blown away by the quality! Seriously This product blows away the competition (if you can even call it that), I have a few key factors I look at when deciding which brand to purchase... these include material strength, uniformity (consistency in diameter), color, and surface finish! MakerGeeks continues to blow the competitors out of the water! Oh and did I mention that I live in the USA and I always get this material within a day or two of ordering! YES! And also The PRICE OMG they beat everyone else out on Price, but the quality is what a made a Geek out of me! MakerGeeks is now my Religion! If you want the very best TRY IT! This is Epic filament! One last thing I would like to say is if you have any doubts TRY IT! There are a few competitors out there that are scared of the quality product MakerGeeks is putting out there... due to their Newly updated equipment and their experience in manufacturing the best filaments ever... MakerGeeks is now one of the biggest manufacturers if not the biggest US manufacturer of filament and it has brought out the trolls of these foreign companies/competitors (and they are trembling in their boots/bare feet)! If you have any doubts TRY A SPOOL! You will be so thankful you did! I have found this amazing company and never looked back! Sure I still try other filaments, and thus far Nothing can compare! I first found this company when I joined the monthly Geek Box club. Once I started using the product I was hooked. Simply put it prints better than the crap from China. Prices are reasonable for a product made in the USA and backed with US employees. I have had to deal with customer support a few times and each time it is fantastic, problems or help using what they sell is readily available. Unlike those random companies in china. Or even on Amazon. And free shipping on all orders great bonus. I do not buy filament from any other supplier any longer they are my only source.

I have used 5 spools of MakerGeeks filament so far (abs, PLA, PETG, and raptor PLA) and have had great success with all 5 so far. It has all printed just as good as the Hatchbox I have used in my opinion. Their shipping has always been quick for me and I got my first monthly box yesterday and it was a great deal. I'll be buying two more surprise boxes from them soon, just because I can never make up my mind what to get because their selection is so great.

I ordered the 2 roll grab bag item, and ended up receiving to my cheer the two colors I was hoping for: black and red. The shipping occurred well within the time frame estimated in checkout.

I've been printing with the black pla, and it's been performing over my expectations, all parts have printed as expected, 230 was a little high on my prusa for non-sagging top layers, but that was fixed by just going down to 220.

I've experienced no clogging, the filament width seems self consistent, and the price per value is rather great in my experience.

I'll be going back (and have since this order) for my needs going forward.

My business made an order with Makergeeks before Christmas 2016. Makergeeks acknowledged the order and immediately billed my credit card. I then waited for over 2 weeks. No product arrived and there was no shipping confirmation or further correspondence. I emailed to query the status and the email was bounced back as undeliverable. I went to the website. The website was down. I went to isitdownrightnow.com to confirm that it was down for everyone. It was. I telephoned. There was no reply and no voicemail. At this point I am contesting this with my credit card company. I have since corresponded with Makergeeks and their website is back up. I have still not received either what I ordered or the money I paid.

I order just 2 spools of filament on the 2nd week of November 2016. After 2 weeks passed I asked for a status on my order. Got a reply stating they will have it shipped in 5 business days. After 2 more weeks passed I told them that I would like to cancel my order. I received an email acknowledging my cancellation, but after a week passed no funds were refunded to my card. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get reimbursed. What a headache! Stay away from this crappy business!

I wish that I did more research about Makergeeks.com.
I had a very bad experience. I sent $500 for a large order for my high school. After getting the run around for 2 months I was told that I needed to pay $150 for shipping in order to get my order across the border otherwise it would be stuck there (I live in Canada). So I sent the money begrudgingly, only to learn that the USPS number that was quoted was a fake. I contacted the better business bureau and they told me they had heard my story a number of times already. The address is a fake, highway 174 is huge and there is no reference as to where they are located on that highway. The phone number does not work. They will not return any of my emails. I still have not received any of my shipment (5 months).
This is a scam do not send makergeeks.com any money.

I ordered 2 items from their store. The original paying price was $49+/-. After almos a month of waiting they have no idea where my package is.

I asked for a refund but when i was going through my receipt I found out that they over charge me. The ended charging my card around $76+/-

I had no idea about this over charge. When I confronted them all they say is that the refund was issue but that was more than a week ago and still no refund.

This first two time I bought from them, the experience was more or less the same.

Firs item took around 3 week to get it to my house. Second item almost 3 weeks also.

I like their product but the shipping and lack of support (email only) has hurt my business so bad that I'm about to loose more money than what they own me.
