I would not recommend this company. They advertise 5-9 days shipping on their website which is a complete joke! I placed my order on Dec 8th it said it was shipped out on Dec 10, it is now Dec 28 and I've still not received my order. 18 days in shipping and still haven't received my order! I emailed the company with my frustrations and just asked for my money back, which was also a joke. I will say, they were quick to email me back but just with excuses and discounts on my next order. As if I'm ever going to order from them again!?!? Wished I had read the reviews first! TERRIBLE COMPANY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
Paid extra for express shipping to have it in 4 to 7 business days and still have been waiting 3 weeks. I do not recommend and I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them. Ive contacted them 4 times to get a run around and my order still have not shipped out.
I ordered three products on the same day in early November. They sent my order, only to have one of the three. Contacted customer service, said they would send the remaining two products. Finally, several weeks later right before Christmas, the second package showed up, with only one of the two products that were left from my original order. Now that Christmas has come, I had to buy a replacement gift, and they refuse to refund me for the third product I NEVER received and hasn't even been shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I've been back and forth with their customer service and they keep trying to deny my refund. Worst customer service I've EVER experienced. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

The tracking says the socks will be here Jan 3. The tracking hasn't been updates since dec 18.
I was told that you are reprinting then last week and now your saying their just getting done.
If their just getting done I expect them to be shipped express not the 6-9 business days like you say or the 9-15 business days like your website states.
I'm done with being patient, even time I sent out an email a new person responds. So it's you guys are putting whatever name on it and thinking o won't notice or you really do have 16 different staffing working for you and no one can figure out 9 pairs of socks.
If this review helps anyone to not waist their money, then I will have succeeded. Review their REFUND policy and beware! I ordered a Christmas gift on December 2nd, plenty of time to receive it for the holiday. When I did not receive it in the 5-9 days as stated I would at the time of purchase, I reached out to inquire as to where it was and all I received were automated responses stating an apology about the holiday high demand. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! After several additional emails and a request for a refund on the item as it will not be arriving in time for a Christmas gift, they responded with sorry that they can not give a refund and hope that I can use it for another holiday like Valentine's Day. Really? So due to their inability to prepare for excessive holiday orders, they get to keep my money and decide what holiday I can gift it to my loved one. Side note, I ordered a second item a few days later, not realizing this was going to happen because a friend of mine had to put her dog down a few weeks back, that this would make a very sentimental gift for the holidays. It is currently STILL sitting in a mythical facility in California, as hit has been for the last 10 days, according to their delivery app.
I ordered $180+ worth of merchandise on November 26th in anticipation for Christmas presents. I paid express shipping and the website said it would take 5 business days till I received my order. It is now December 23rd and my package tracking number is invalid and after numerous unanswered emails I finally got a response with a new tracking number that ALSO is invalid. I have asked for a refund dozens of times and begged them to please send me accurate shipping information and they refuse. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! Doubt my package will ever arrive and they refuse to give me a refund.
This company is terrible. Items suck. Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered an item over a month ago... they refused to give me an update, we're just super vague, and refused a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAM!

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. I ordered two pairs and only received one with one tracking number. When I asked about the second pair, they told me that I needed to look it up with the original tracking number on the pair that I already received. Now, they won't give me my money back and the only person who ever seems to reply is a Lily Wang. This place is a total rip off.
I am with everyone else-I should have read the reviews. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague! I did finally receive a package. Not with the apron with my friend's cat on it but a cheap gaudy pair of leggings with the face of a man with a Santa hat on. I included a photo of the item I received. I've emailed Lily with photos but, of course, haven't heard a word.
I have been waiting a month for my $91.00 of product... was guaranteed "fast shipping" 4-7 business days... ordered Dec 3,2019... has not been shipped Dec. 18,2019... they respond to emails with sorry waiting to be shipped.../obviously coming from Asia due to tracking info... but will not grant refund... as everyone else says... should of read reviews... advertisement looks so good! And is "trending", but a scam I guess.
Same story as everyone. THey come up on top of google search for Christmas pajamas and I wish I had done my research. $240 down the drain. Ordered for cyber Monday. It's a week before Christmas and all I have is a fake tracking number. Every time I email, it takes 24-48 hours to get a response and they don't answer my question but give me some other spiel. Will work with paypal to fight for my money back.
I cannot express the irritation and anger I have towards these people. I have waited 3 weeks for my order to be shipped and have been told throughout 15 emails now the same thing - the tracking number that isn't even a tracking number it's a label number which I've confirmed with USPS and to wait 7-9 business days. I've attached pictures of this information to this "company" and they still don't seem to understand my order was never shipped out. They take your money and do not cooperate, just blame the wait time on the holidays. It's complete BS. They won't even give me my money back or any type of refund and avoid the request for it.
This company is a scam. I should have read the reviews and done better research. Glad I only spent $20 through PayPal because I am quite sure I will never get this order, and that had I used my credit card directly, they would have probably stole the numbers. I blame myself for not doing better research. Don't order from here.

Ive emailed with complaints and they offered me 10% refund. I told them no and filed a fraudulent charge through my bank. Made sure they were aware of the scam. My bank refunded me my money.
