We ordered from Custom Gifts for a birthday party a month and a half in advance to make sure everything came in time. I reached out when I had not received the purchased items in the 10 day timeframe they were promised to arrive. I was then told there was a delay and they would update me on tracking information shortly. Another 10 days went by with no updates. Finally they updated me that it would be another 10 days for it to ship!
Needless to say, the items did not arrive in time for the trip and I was never reimbursed.

I placed an order a month ago and paid for express delivery 3-7 days. It took 3 1/2 weeks for the item to be posted, after I sent several emails, which were ignored. The item still hasn't arrived. Apparently it has been sent to the wrong country. There is absolutely no customer service and they refuse to refund. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
Appalling customer service, was meant to have received my order over 2 weeks ago. I had to chase this to be told so many different excuses. Requested a refund multiple times (including before the item was even printed) and they refuse to give me my money back! This company is a joke!
Ordered socks in 2/7 and it still hasn't arrived! Today is 2/21. They said give 7 -10 business days... no email updates, no tracking # nothing! I wont be recommending this company to anyone!
I placed an order in the beginning of December. Website said I would receive my order within 5 to 9 business days, so I thought that was perfect because it was a xmas gift. I didnt receive my order until after December 30th. It was a partial shipment. I'm still waiting for my order and we're in February. I emailed because they dont have a # to call and I keep getting the run around. I already submitted a dispute through PayPal. Do not order from this company. They're a scam and they're tipping people off by stealing their money. The most recent email I got from them was that my order was going to be delayed once again because of the coronavirus! What?! Never again! I wish I would've read the reviews before buying!

Ordered 3 weeks ago and payed for express. The item hasn't even been made yet. Everyone I contact them I get a different excuse.
I'm usually quite savvy with online items but I feel I fell into a trap ordering from these by not checking the reviews first. States 4 business days to produce before sending, then 6-9 business days for delivery to arrive. I have waited 8 business days so far (not including Saturdays and Sundays 10 days in total) and they haven't even been posted yet. I wish I saw these reviews first, if lots of people are saying the same thing there is usually a good reason behind it. I actually feel sorry for everyone who has ordered from them and all I can advise you is not to order from these if you get to read this review first.

Atop my order being 1.5 months late. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They have not contacted me with any updates unless I contact first, then they tell me,"Don't worry about it" when I express my concern. Do NOT use this website if you don't want to be stolen from.
Fast shipping - rubbish! False Advertising! Tried to cancel my order (customised men's boxer shorts) as the item was going to arrive weeks too late, they ignored and sent it anyway. Aside from the unacceptable delay, I wouldn't have given it as a gift even it had arrived on time because of the lack of quality and size issue. Would never shop from then again
Horrrrrrrrrible company. Do not use. They advertise fast shipping. Over 20 days and still no product. Tried canceling it before the product even shipped and they ignored it. Terrible with communication, they act like they have no idea about the issues.

Worst experience ever! I order three pairs of socks in November, I was tracking the package and on the delivery date I noticed the tracking went back to the post office. I then went up to the post office and was informed that my address was incorrectly put on the shipping label. The company failed to put my apartment number. I reviewed my order confirmation to make sure that I put my address in correctly and I did. I politely emailed them explaining the situation and they sent me an email back days later saying they would resend the package. It has been almost a month of back and forth emails of them telling me to "please be patient". It has been nothing but a hassle and embarrassing to have to explain to my co-worker that her Christmas gift that I ordered in November is lost in the mail somewhere. I am beginning to think that they never even resent my package and was just hoping I would forget.
Customised Socks
Very disappointed with both quality of socks and printing from photographs I provided, their cropping of the photos leaves a lot to be desired. The socks themselves are really shoddy quality with white lines up the sides where printing has been missed. That was the final straw that made them look so tacky... very disappointed and upset with this company and would never order from them again. An expensive and total disaster as a personalised gift.
I don't know yet if it is a scam or not but when trying to reach out to find out why I have not received my item they just keep telling me to not be concerned that it has shipped it says 5 to 9 day shipping I was notified on December 21 that it was on its way it's January 4 and the website still states that it has not arrived to where it's shipping from very confusing super miss leading not impressed
33 days, and still nothing received. I ordered on December 2, and it says 1 to 2 days to make and 5-9 days for delivery. I no longer need a white elephant gift. After much complaining, they offered 20% off my next order. No thanks. If you make a negative post on their site, it will not be posted.
This company has the absolute worst costumer service. My order was weeks late, they shared the wrong tracking information and they said they'd refund me and never did. I suggest paying more for a better company for your custom gifts. Do not buy from them!

I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas on November 24th. I have never received it and they will NOT refund my money. Complained to BBB about them. They keep saying they can't give me my money back but I have NEVER received the purchase! I think it is a scam!
Ordered my custom socks as a Christmas gift stocking stuffer for my husband. Well, Christmas has gone and past and according to my tracking information, only a label has been created on Dec. 21,2019 at 2:05pm, and USPS is Awaiting the Item in Fremont, CA *******. When I questioned when they're planning on sending it out, the response from Customer Service is "Hi, It is in route, could you wait a few days? It will have further tracking information. Thanks for your patience!" Needless to say my order is still waiting to be dropped off at this USPS Fremont location. Looks like I'll be filling a dispute with my Credit Card company in the morning!
I receive my product and they crop more than the face you ask, they will add partial faces. Having charge removed from my card. They respond by email but keep asking the same questions and they ask ME to pay the shipping on the socks they screwed up! I had enough. They also sent me three of one sock and then one of another. I am giving them a week to refund, then I am contacting my credit card company. Ridiculous. Buyer beware.
