I phoned mainly Urns and identified my choice of an Urn with wording we required. They sent an email with a photo of the Urn with the wording on it the next day. I approved it and it was delivered free shipping to an address in Canton Ohio 3 days later. Can't beat that for a service. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience. Wanted a custom engraved design on the side of the urn rather than one of the stock shapes. They worked with me. Were fast and friendly, and ultimately did a beautiful job on our urn. This is the second urn we've purchased from them, and both are fantastic.

I received my urn in less than a week right on my doorstep. It was the awesome just the right color and size. The man on the phone was so helpful to me. I don't do well with computers because I'm old. He was so wonderful to have a real person on the phone guiding me.

I ordered my item on a Friday and it was shipped the same day. It arrived three days later and the personalized name plate arrived two days after that. I was surprised to have such quick service. I can't figure out how to open the urn. It's red and heart-shaped with pewter paw prints. It's beautiful, but I'm afraid I may damage it if I try to force it open somehow.

This was the 2nd time I ordered from them (unfortunately!;-)). Once again, they were exceptional. Products were exactly as described and delivered promptly.

Bought the Chocolate Lab urn. It is well made and attractive, but decided I wanted the Lab to look more like my Lily. Had a 3D model made, but couldn't remove the figurine without marring the walnut urm. Decided to buy the same urn without the figure and attach my Lily model to it.
May use the original urn for my Black Lab who died 3 years before Lily. Will try to paint it black; if it doesn't work out, will order the Black Lab urn.

The process of buying this urn was great. They reached out quickly with a proof and it arrived very soon afterwards. The urn is a perfect resting place for my soulmate kitty.

Our pet memorial urn arrived well packaged and was equal to the quality shown on the website. The finish has a bit more patina to it than previous purchases, but looks really tasteful.

We had a bit of an issue with the size of the hole on the bottom that allows the cremains to be inserted, and we had to have them repackaged to a smaller but longer package to fit.

Really an overall good purchase.

My dad wanted his remains sent off in the water, so having a keepsake urn was a great way for us to still have him with us. When I saw the tea light urn I was so happy that I could light his candle on his birthday and fathers day every year. I ordered two urns and they both arrived quickly and very well packed. One urn was an opaque white and the other was gray, they are both beautiful. I had an engraving placed on mine and it was perfect! We are very happy with our purchase.
