It was easy and they even sent a proof before making. It was comforting in a hard time to know his urn would be perfect.
My Mother bought her urn many years ago from Mainely Urns and she told us when the time comes we have to send it back to them to have her date of death engraved. I called them up and explained the situation and the staff was absolutely incredible. They emailed me a FedEx shipping label so I could send it back. They not only got it in two business days but had it engraved and back to FedEx two days later! The whole process took maybe 6 business days. I couldn't believe they were able to match the font and style on my Mother's urn because they went back through their record for over 15-20years to find her original order. Now that is dedication to their customer and outstanding customer service. The staff understood what a difficult time this was for our family and made things go very smoothly. I do appreciate they honored their purchase agreement with my Mother even though it was more than 15 years ago. A huge thank you to the excellent team at Mainely Urns for the care they took with my Mom's urn. Thank you again for all your help!
