The urn came in quickly. I actually received it before I received my cats ash's. The urn was exactly as expected. This urn takes acrylic paint well so it is easy to customize your cats pattern on to.

I am pleased with the product itself, however I was a little disappointed as the images and writing did not appear to "pop" as much as I expected and I wondered if the "marker whitening" was actually used on my Plaque.

The website was very easy to use. Delivery was also fast and arrived in the time I was given.

I ordered (2) items which were shipped in a extra large box( within boxes) with an excessive amount of non-biodegradable packing material including styrofoam peanuts, yards of plastic wrap and some compressible packing peanuts( still not compostable nor recycled)
They take so much care with the products they make, why not use environmentally friendly packing material?

The cross's we're nice but my daughter bought me one a few months ago and the black part of the cross fell off the same day I received it. I thought that maybe it was just there to protect the white cross underneath. I purchased 3 cross's, one for each of my sons and I purchased a heart pendant for my daughter. I ordered a Rollo chain at an extra $ 10. The pendant is gold colored but the chain is chrome which looks ridiculous with the gold pendant. My daughter was pissed and won't wear it like that. Anyone with eyes can see these items did not look right together. I would ask if I could return this chain and get the matching rollo color but I'm sure there's going to be a hassle with that based off of the woman I had already talked to about the black cross falling off. She said" oh, that shouldn't have happened." Well no kidding genius but she sure didn't ask to replace the cross or send me a replacement black cross to glue back on. The reason I bought these same cross's was so my sons and I had the same ones. I wanted something different for my daughter and more feminine. It may seem petty to you but to me it was a big deal even though they are inexpensive. I shouldn't have to go out and buy a matching chain for the pendant. You should of known that before you packed it that it didn't match. Very disappointing.
