I am very satisfied with the service of Mainely Urns. It was easy to purchase, and the travel urn was reasonably priced (we are on a budget, as I had been traveling from the West Coast to the Midwest every other month to help care for my dying father since fall of 2021). The only easy thing about this whole experience was working with Mainely Urns so I could get a TSA approved travel urn to bring my father's remains home (the USPS has also been very helpful. Kudos to them-I ended up mailing my father's remains to avoid any flight issues). The urn came very quickly, before we received Dad's remains. It was packaged well, came quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they had US made urns that used recycled plastic. Dad loved nature and many of my fondest memories are with him out in the woods. Having the option to purchase something that is in some way reducing harm to our environment means a lot to honor his memory and the places he loved. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. No hick ups, no issues, less stress for us during this already stressful time for my family and myself. I would recommend them to others.

Also, there was a hand signed card in the box. It doesn't seem like much, but I like little reminders of the human element. I hope my small purchase did something to promote the business.

The urn was a beautiful blue, was inscribed as we requested. Shipped and received within days.
