I had made a mistake when I purchased my mother's urn. I contacted the company and the gentleman I spoke with solved my problem without any fuss. Received my order within a couple of days. I am truly satisfied.

I'm very satisfied with the urn other than it's smaller than I had anticipated. I went on weight of my dog & he was under 50lbs, the urn I ordered was suppose to accommodate up to 75lbs, in order to fit we had to take the ashes out of the sack. It worked but I was disappointed that I had to remove the ashes from the sack.

This urn is the perfect tribute and final resting place for my dog, Reign, who we often call Reignbow. It's even more lovely in person than in the online photos.

Incredible customer service and absolutely beautiful product. I put off ordering an urn for my beloved dog because I had some questions and these days customer service is anything but customer focused or a service; and I did not want to deal with it. In reality, they were wonderful, very compassionate, very understanding and knowledgeable about their products and capabilities. There were a few special details I wanted from reviewing their site and Cassie is the 1st person I worked with and she understood exactly what I wanted and put together a proof for me to review and it lay out exactly as I had imagined.

There was a small problem in the image with the photo I wanted to use and working with them and their team they were able to adjust it and make the final image look perfect.

Their wide variety of options made the process of buying something so special, so easy. I had never purchased anything like this and had no clue what to look for. As soon as I found their site I almost immediately saw an example that I instantly knew was exactly what I wanted. They delivered.

First, I would like to say that my experience with customer service was excellent. The delivery process was fast and Mainly Urns provided
Consistent updates. The urn itself is very beautiful. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because the bottom edge had two tiny chips in the stone. I don't believe that it will cause any structural issues, I hope not.
