Mainly Urns had exactly what we were looking for when looking for a memorial garden stone for our precious dog of 12 years. I called customer service to ask a question and they were so polite and helpful. They answered all of my questions and took my order while I was on the phone. I received the proof very quickly. I emailed another question, and they were again very kind and quick to respond. From the time we placed the order to the time we received the stone only took 11 days, which I believe is very fast considering we did not request any rush delivery. The stone is granite. The quality is excellent and looks beautiful in our garden. We couldn't be more satisfied.

One of my dogs passed away this last fall and we ordered a granite stone for his grave, so when his litter mate recently died, we ordered an identical one. The staff was beyond helpful, so so very kind, and the stone is beyond beautiful, perfect for our dogs' graves. I will always order from this company

The keepsake urns arrived promptly without issue. The larger urn was a special order and was damaged in shipping, but Mainely Urns had already handled it before I even knew this happened. It's beautiful. The rainbow colors are soft muted colors that other reviews made me aware of before purchasing. Therefore, it was what I expected.
