I bought an urn from here 4 years ago when my first cat died. His sister died recently and it was so important to me that they have matching urns. Well the company discontinued it and it was no longer available. After explaining my situation to customer service, I was put on hold while they went far and wide to search their leftover inventory. They found one and arranged the order for me. Was over and beyond and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.

I ordered my urn after contacting customer service. My questions about the availability of the item, the time it would take from ordering to engraving and shipping to Hawaii. All my concerns were answered. I ordered online and in a timely manner received my urn.

So easy to order, and shipping is very fast. No matter if you select an included font style and message, or should you design your own plaque, the end result is beautifully created. Very tasteful!

The packaging was not sufficient in protecting the base of the unit. Was severely damaged/crushed so bad that 2 Iarge chunks were chipped off. Suggest they put it in another box with some styrofoam over the top of it. I brought it to a car dealer [family friend] who bondoed it and repainted it for me overnight. As I had no time to return it and get a new one due to the burial date.

This was my first experience ordering from Mainely Urns and I was very happy with everything. The urn I ordered for my little dog, Neike, was beautiful. I had ordered an ash bag too, and received the wrong one, but they were quick to replace it with the correct one as soon as I notified them. Great customer service. I will recommend them to friends and family in the future!

I have used Mainely Urns, an Internet business, a number of times in the past without a problem. Their prices are not cheap. I ordered a plaque and an inscription from them recently. When they sent me an email to confirm the inscription, they left out a character that I had originally ordered. I missed the error and sent them my confirmation in error. When they sent me a second email shortly after the first email, I caught their error and rescinded my confirmation. They advised by email that the plaque was already made -- I was stunned at the immediate turn-around, because when I first ordered, I had to acknowledge more than once that I understood there would probably be delays in receiving the plaque. Frankly, I didn't mind getting it in a two-week time frame as long as the inscription was correct. All they offered me in recompense was a 35% discount on ANOTHER order. I have already paid a hefty $129 for this plaque, and they wanted me to pay even more money because of their mistake. I told them I was very dissatisfied with Mainely Urns. They didn't care. I am now stuck with a pricey plaque with an incorrect inscription that I will have to edit with a magic marker -- for $129! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone because they aren't interested in keeping their repeat customers happy. Poor customer service.

First, if you need to purchase an urn, I'm so sorry for your loss.
You won't make a "wrong" decision; you can get a different urn down the road and your funeral home should be willing to help you transfer the ashes. So do your best, but get this part done and move on.)
I was paralyzed with indecision, so the ashes were at the funeral home for over four months! There were endless websites, products, and reviews. Then I found Mainely Urns. All my stress left me. The product quality is high! The choices are endless. I needed some artistic guidance, and they were so helpful. Months later, I'm so grateful for the quality and design!

I used to use a third party to order our urns. I have gone direct to Mainely Urns now a few times and the customer service is fantastic. Even with a smaller order of one urn I feel like I am treated as if I were a large corporate buyer!

Mainly urns were very friendly and accommodating. The service was wonderful and the urns I ordered came very quickly within a week. I had to have them ship the gravestones I ordered to the funeral home as I was from out of the state that my family was to be interred and would only be there a few days. So they accommodated me without any issues. Their prices are very affordable. I highly recommend them.
