I ordered a personalized urn for my kitty that recently passed. Easy - and very informative - ordering process. The company is great with communication and ensuring they get it right. My (beautiful) urn came in a super reasonable time, very carefully packaged to be sure it arrived perfectly at home. That means so much to a grieving pet parent. The urn and nameplate came separately and both are what I expected, but the nameplate wasn't the right size for the space allotted to it on the urn. The nameplate is too large in both dimensions and wouldn't stick where it was supposed to. I had to affix it with a thicker tape I happened to have in the junk drawer.

My family and I did not know what to expect when we ordered the Hardwood Pet Casket and Burial Vault, we were very pleased when we received them. The casket was beautiful inside and out and very good quality. The vault was much better than all others that we had looked at from other sites on the internet. The beautiful casket put our minds at ease in a way that it helped a little with our grief knowing that our beloved Tesla was buried in a way she deserved.

Choosing the urn for our beloved fur baby was very difficult for our family. Mainly Urns helped us every step of the way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The urn was delivered, and it is beautiful. RIP best buddy.

Urn thrown together, too shiny, cheap and plastic looking. Read fine print for s/h. If returned they deduct s/h of $14.95 even though orders over $100 is advertised as free and you didn't pay s/h. Mainly urns also deducts $8.95 for s/h to return a defective item. So s/h is not free as they advertise. It must be hidden in the cost of the product. Not happy with quality of product or falsifying free shipping and handling claim.
Only positive is They are prompt on getting back to you and seem to be understanding and compassionate. The plate was beautiful but nothing to put it on now.

The only remaining relative, her son, of a 104 year old woman that lives at my workplace passed away unexpectedly. A couple of us wanted to help her have him cremated and buried with honors. Mainly Urns worked with us and arranged for the specific type of urn required by the national cemetery, at a reduced cost.
