Was beyond my expectations! The staff was great when I had to make my order. It is a difficult time and the process was easy and comfortable.

I was skeptical about ordering at first and looked over the reviews and all positive. After taking sometime to decide what urn to buy for my son that passed recently I couldn't be any happier with the results. They are very consistent and very communicative on everything. Even after I approved the order I wanted to make changes last minute and they didn't charge me any extra cost. Can't explain how appreciative I am.

The name plates for our cats memorial boxes were perfect.

I loved the way you sent an email showing the exact replica of our personalized inscriptions. Knowing you asked us if everything was acceptable. After looking through all the sites I found in Canada, and with absolutely nothing offered even close to what the family needed I'm so glad I finally opened up Mainely urns website.

Very happy with our dog's urn. Turnaround was so fast - his urn was ready the day we got his ashes back - perfect timing! Very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship. I would definitely order again.

When I decided to go with a full "Fire Department" style urn, I wanted it to be just as special as the canine as it was representing. I didn't realize it was only a printed sheet of paper behind glass.
The glass doesn't cover the entire area in the front of box.
Not worth the price paid, but customer service was good.

This is exactly what I wanted in a resting place for my puppy. It's so adorable and I love that I have her with me always.

I am very happy with the memorials I had made for my two grandfathers that served in the military. The customer service department was very responsive to emails and multiple changes to my order and were pleasant to work with.

I ordered the pedestal urn and flag display case. It came in a short time and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful and the dark cherry woid is exquisite. I wanted to honor my husband and the kids wanted to honor their Dad. A perfect tribute to him.
