I found this site looking for an urn for my recently passed pet and found so many options! She was the oldest and I've had her since a puppy so I needed to find a really nice one and Mainly Urns came through and her urn is beautiful!

The urn I ordered and received was (for a urn) absolutely amazing. I had some problems finding pictures for my urn that would work. Cassie and the team was patient with me throughout this process. I honestly can't recommend or thank them enough. The product they delivered to me was above and beyond what I felt my baby deserved. Thank you to the entire crew who worked on this urn and especially to Ms. Cassie for her patience, help and encouragement throughout this process.

The urn was lovely but I shouldn't have bought it years before it would be needed. Doing that felt like a bad omen. So I called to explain & have sent it back. The person I spoke to was very nice & understanding. Thank you so much.

Kevin answered all my questions and was very helpful. The one thing I wasn't expecting was the stone had "chips" in the material. I realize all stones have subtle differences but these holes or indents were not listed in the description.

I saw that they offered more than most of the other sites. After he had passed I took my time to design it the best I could and chose the best pictures I had. After placing my order I went back into the details and noticed that I had missed some of the details of the wording do I send an email. Unsure that they had received it I called, and very quickly they were able to fix everything to be exactly what I wanted. I received it on time and it is perfect. I'm glad I chose Mainly Urns and will highly recommend there urns.
