I had a few questions about my order before placing it and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions.

The box is exactly what we hope it would be. A beautiful resting place for our beloved Maddie.
The only negative is that it was made in China.

For a while it was difficult to find a small paw to place on our beloved Bella urn. Im so happy to have found your website. The inscribed paw looks amazing.

They went out of their way to follow up on a discontinued Urn that they ordered direct from the manufacturer. They had only 11 remaining and I ordered two. They arrived in less than a week.

Sadly this is the fifth time I've had to order from Mainly Urns. Two 14 yo dogs, a 23 and 24 yo cats and a 14 yo Bearded Dragon. After ordering the first time, we were thrilled with the quality of the urn and quick turn around time. I knew I would use them again because of the above and because we want all the urns to match. Every single order was perfect. The only complaint is the urn (a small matching heart, the 3 cu in one, was approx $10 less than the large urn that holds up to a 70 lb doggo. It makes zero sense.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
