I was surprised to get a proofing email of the personalization that I requested. Such a nice service so you can visualize what you ordered. My memory ornaments turned out great, I am a tad disappointed and though the ornament was all metal but its primarily plastic/acrylic with very thin sheets of metal on the front and back. This may have been my fault and not read deep enough on the specs but overall I am very happy with my purchase.

You made it so easy to order and update my delivery time. Excellent service!
