It is always bittersweet when your pet's urn arrives. It is also a relief and peace that you can now put their ashes in a quality urn, that I helped design. Ordering this name plate was a very unique experience. There were plenty of great options to choose from but not so many that I felt overwhelmed and I selected the options I felt suited my son the best. Surprisingly, I received an email asking for a final confirmation of how the name plate should look and because of what I've been going through, I actually made a mistake on one of the dates! Can you imagine how I would have felt when it came and the wrong date was on it? They really do take the extra steps to ensure everything is perfect for your loved one!
I ordered this for my Mother, her sister passed so I ordered this urn with a picture of the two of them on it for her and it brought her to tears. The picture was very clear and the color is beautiful.
This is the 2nd outdoor stone urn I have purchased. The product is fantastic and the service was great. The only thing I would suggest is adding a proof approval to the process.
