The company is very fast with making their products for their customers. Even when I got my product and it got damaged in transit they really helped trying to figure out a resolution for me and the urn I bought. They do care about their customers and act and respond very fast and efficiently. Thank you for your help!

I lost my 14 year old pomchi back on July 19th. It tore me apart. I wanted to do something special… I randomly found this site on Google. They were quick to respond after I made my order. They also sent a proof and made sure I was satisfied before they put it into production!

We were very satisfied with both the product and communication from Mainely Urns. They were respectful in terms of understanding what a difficult time it has been for our family with the loss of our beloved 17 year old cat. They sent communication to ensure that the nameplate reflected the exact information we wanted it to show and provided shipping updates as well. Additionally, the quality and style of the urn itself is wonderful. While we hate to contemplate it, we will, unfortunately, be repeat customers over the next five or so years as we have three other geriatric kitties. The customer service is fabulous. I called because I wanted a verse on the box that wouldn't fit in the amount of characters allowed on the website order form. They were happy to accommodate my special request, even to make changes when I didn't like visually what I thought I wanted. As for the shipping, the care taken in wrapping and boxing is beyond belief these days. I wish I never had to order another from them, but I absolutely will when it is time.
