After not being able to locate an urn that I wanted, I turned to Mainely Urns so I could design exactly what I was envisioning. While not exactly what I was hoping for, the folks at Mainely Urns were helpful and very quick to respond. They took care of everything I was needing in short order! While I am pretty pleased with the final product, I do wish that I'd been sent photos of the urn that we'd designed and not just pictures of the two affixed symbols. One of the symbols could have been lowered on the urn and been of better quality; for it looks very much like a decal. My other wish would be that this particular urn come with a choice of the silver band (shown) or a gold one. HOWEVER, this does NOT mean that I'm not happy with my urn! It's much more than I ever thought I'd find online - or anywhere else!

The pet nameplate tag came out perfectly. It looks so special on our beloved chihuahua's urn. A great company. The card enclosed expressing words of care and kindness was an added touch.

This was a very simple ordering procedure and came exactly as ordered.

Item arrived quickly and was good quality. A nice forever home.

The wood urn was packaged very well. The wood urn came out perfect with my favorite picture of my Terri girl. I love that we were able to customize it and put an inscription on it. I hope she knows how much we love her and miss her. We have it placed in our living room, makes us feel like she is still with us. Although Terri was a small poodle, we chose a larger urn to allow for it to stand out in our living room.

We were able to find exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price. We ordered it and within 24 hrs we were sent a proof of what we ordered. It didn't take too long after before receiving an email that the item had shipped. Overrall everything went great! When we received the package the box was wet and had a bad odor. I do realize this more than likely happening during shipping. It was just a little upsetting. We were able to clean it up and the smell did not linger on the urn, which we were thankful for.

The pedestal I ordered is very nice. They did a beautiful job on the nameplates. They were just as I ordered.
It also came in a very timely manner. I would definitely order from them again.

I cannot express how beautiful this urn was when I received it. Even during this dark time, Mainely Urns was able to capture the beauty of my father for me to cherish for the rest of my life.

The staff are all extremely kind, compassionate and patient. The finished product is beautiful. Mainly Urns exceeded my expectations in all aspects during a difficult time.
