The urn came really fast. The original urn from a different company had been broken during shipping to me, but the person that sent it had not insured it but this one is a perfect replacement.
I had heard about this company through the stone company where I ordered my father's marker. The cemetery requires a Mackenzie urn to store the ashes prior to burial. The selection was wide and the one I chose and the engraving is perfect for my dad.
