I'm the guy who "starts a new life on Monday" ten times a year. With MadMuscles it was easier: convenient tips, interesting exercises, even a nutrition plan came in. But, damn, why does everything load so slowly? Sometimes by the time I open an exercise, my appetite and motivation have already gone. If they tighten up the interface, I'll be on top.
