I got an email from made In china app in which there was a number of the supplier (shenzhen paiyi technology co.ltd). I dealed with that company & paid 405usd and now it has been more than a month that I am writing email to made in china customer care and getting no response from them I got stuck and regret to deal through this mode any one seeing my comment pls don't promote this types of app they all are fraud. Made in china app has only fraud supplier.
I repeatedly ask for the highest level of quality & was told it was 1:1. When I receive my hand bag it wasn't leather as advised, poor quality, when I complained was told I should have bought Too Quality. Tried to return & they would only give me half of what I paid, plus I had to pay shipping. I didn't bother I wouldn't have ended up with anything.
Actually, my first experience on MiC was not bad at all. Unfortunately, the payment options offered were very few. On Alibaba, for example, you can transfer money to a European bank in euros. This is cheaper and more convenient.

I wanted to get a new propeller for my boat, and ask made in china. New marine anwared and can make s propeller as my specifications. I pay 150$ extra for cupping of propeller blade and tell that its very importert. But last picture before shipping is without cupping. Propeller came and I tested propeller at the boat, but it dont work as i know before i tryed. After i want to return propeller, but they dont answare me. Bad service from made in china.

Samples were great and then when ordering large quantities, was sent inferior apparel plus large amount of missing items. My experience with Made.in.China.com has been a disaster. The supplier: Mecan Medical Equipment Ltd of Guangzhou was not trustworthy. I purchased two different sets of supposedly good quality hearing aids, only to be supplied with the types kf lower standards. I reasoned with the supplier and with Made.in.China.com, for return and refund, but to no avail. Stay away from this supplier
Tried them in 2019, instantly found scammers selling way too cheap items, tried again in 2021, same thing, cheap prices, they contact me outside of app, want bank transfer or Western Union... Do not use!
I paid for a leather dalmatian purse that was never delivered by the carrier. The carrier was "17 track"... the notes are confusing it says delivered and then it says twice after that "Delayed" that was 15 days ago. I have sent several emails about the issue with no resolution. I'm out 50 dollars.
