Negatives
1. After making my request, very few suppliers came forward with prices, some only contacted me as far as 10 days later. None offered me their best price (which is what I asked for, to save time) but some eventually came down in price. One supplier in particular was very forceful and tried to beat every other suppliers price. And then sulked (like a child) when I did not chose them because they originally offered me the highest price. I got the distinct feeling this supplier would have sold their mother, just to out bid everyone else. Not professional at all.
2. I ordered 6 May; was told they would dispatch quickly and within one week. Dispatch date was actually 24 May.
3. Then no tracking available for the entire journey and my items arrive with no warning/date/time.
4. Original delivery date given was 20 June but many delays meant my order did not dock in UK until 5 July and then reached me on 10 July.
6. Although I received my items both boxes were badly crushed and deformed, it was only luck that the manufacturer (Deye) had cleverly left sufficient space and fitted corner strengthening packing, that the items were not damaged.
7. Even the date of purchase in the title of this review is incorrect.
8. Overall VERY POOR.
Positives
1. I learnt a lot, my items did eventually arrive and my supplier (Anhui Kingwooh Energy Technology Co. Ltd. *******@kingwoohsolar.com -Telephone 86-*******0517) was amazing, doing his very best. Excellent customer service from him, I will use them again and again.
After 3 months the item was not received, it was shipped to the wrong address
Update as of August 1st
The supplier shipped your goods on July 13th. We have tracked the package, and it cleared customs on July 16th and is now on its way to the destination. Please keep an eye out for the delivery.

Buying these products was simple and Seamless. The product arrived in excellent condition. The quality is above expectation and the workmanship is perfect.
Supplier sent my order via Poat office which it took a month long with few days which then it came with rediculous high customs and taxes when I have time I will return the order i haven't even fetch it from post office I was really disappointed with the service am never using this supplier ever again.

Needed some rubber parts, they were perfect and shipped very fast. Good communication.
I have to say it was pleasant from searching to getting my order processed. I had someone to help and photographs were forwarded to show the products before been packed and after packing.

The automatic confirmation of delivery occurred because the shipping period exceeded 45 days, which triggered our system to mark the order as received.
During this time, if you hadn't received your order, you could have extended the delivery time in your Virtual Office of Made-in-China.com.
The UPS tracking data shows that the shipment number was created on May 10th, but it didn't arrive in Poland until June 27th. We recommend that you reach out to the supplier for further details regarding this delay.

This is my first experience using this web site. Initially, I started pushing all the buttons and ordering all kinds of samples. I soon learned the value of notifications and sellers information which made my communication much easier. I feel it was easy enough to use, I can easily find what I need quickly. I would happily refer Made-in-China's platform to my friends.
The size labels on the packaging are placed on top of others, which sometimes does not correspond to the indicated size. Ordered L and M, received on one model, XL and even XXL. Really disappointed!.
