Disappointed - there are not enough process options - or support - from Made In China. And everything would seem it is more beneficial to the seller than the buyer.
My item hadn't arrived and as there was inactivity in the delivery process, MIC closed the item and paid the seller. Item still hasn't arrived.
There should be more options available to extend the process until the items is officially delivered - OR NOT.

I have been a customer for a year or so now, Ashley always takes care of me, she is pretty quick to respond and take care of every detail I ask for when designing. The gloves are great and well made! I would highly recommend!

There is a good congregation of suppliers. This allows you to search and interact with them to place your orders. The platform is at a very good level, better than in other countries such as Taiwan, Japan, India...
However, I think that the method of evaluating suppliers is not entirely honest. I have had problems with some of them, I have evaluated them with their corresponding evaluation and my review does not appear.
On the other hand, the chat and email issue is not very intuitive and confusing.

I have some problem with seller and wrote to resolution center, they replay just once, i wrote more than 10 messages but never got any replay. I wont never buy from from Made in China again.
