Found this store way to complicated to navigate, could not target my item to purchase. At 78 I should not need a collage degree to shop there.
Good day, the payment of this product was made on novemeber 19th, supposedly the ETA would be around 31st December, my order is one month delayed and also the system automatically confirm a receipt around January 20.
I´m really worried that my product might not arrive. How can I ask for my money reimbursement or how could I file a claim?

The hole process from buying to delivery was excellent and very quick delivery
I asked all producers of solar panels for anti glare panels.
Unfortunately there was one producer that sent me anti glare panels that did not reach his test results. So the test result that he sent was faked.
That is very disappointing for the swiss market where my customers have very high standards.

I have used Aliexpress many times, this was my first time using Made in China, and everything went very very well.
When trying to order a smartring online I was contacted by return by the producing factory by Ms. Rebeca. I was even called by phone to clarify the delivery. I have experienced a positive, kind and fast approach which is even seldom in Switzerland. I have received the article which is perfect, it arrived fast and without any problems. I from my side have contacted a Swiss company close from Basel/Switzerland importing other electronic items and we will check from here how we can find a way for a more important and encompassing co-operation. It's a pleasure to do business with people and companies like Risinno Gift.
Very low quality of product.
Seller charged more than what was offered, claiming that the product sent would be of the highest quality and sent a product of terrible quality, without a box or bag, horrible.

Floor lamp double dimmer switch failed and exhaustive search for replacement part found nothing until Made in China website not only produced a virtually identical possibility but a photograph of the lamp which proved that it would work!
Apart from the huge search the ordering was easy, the conformation and regular progress of the dispatch most efficient. The delivery was on time, the packaging would probably survived re-entry from space! The product fitted perfectly and worked, with less 'flicker' at low light levels, better than the original.
The high delivery cost was I suppose predictable but certainly worth it and much less than buying a replacement, which would have to have been different as the original is no longer available! Excellent all round.
I purchase more than $400 aud of products from Moracing. When I recieved product all did not fit. Item that did not fit or had to be modified.

Items were not checked before sending. These parts sent are not usable to me. I will be asking for a refund.
