Was looking for a swimsuit manufacturer. RFQ worked well, put me in relation with several suppliers.

This was my first time with made-in-china, and I found the experience to be very easy to communicate with my supplier and to navigate the site. I would like it if I could fine-tune the notifications better to only receive them when they pertain to chat messages, and not promotions.
I need to order poles. I paid big $ for the samples. Like the drawings showed. The samples where off in size. So I asked for them to redo the samples right. But they wanted more money for these new samples to be shipped. And YES I did contact Made-In-China people about this problem. They sided with the China company. So make sure they will send samples until they get it RIGHT. So after paying for more. And they being right. I placed the order. And the whole size is wrong. So again I contacted Made-In-China people. I have even offered to send them one of the poles to prove the company messed up this order. FYI, its over 10K in cost. But after months and months. Neither the Made-In-China people or the other company will respond! Please note that I have done a number of other deals thru Made-In-China. And had no problems. But I am screwed with this order.
We have ordered 500 Vapes (500 pieces of Elf Bar D3 Raya vapes) from Shenzhen Yuxi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for a total of over 3000 Euros on Monday, March 17,2025. Originally they tried to sell us their BIMO vapes on numerous occasions, but each time we expressed it clearly that we are interested in Elf Bar vapes only. When they received our funds, they simply said that the Elf Bar factory has no more of what we ordered, but they are willing to "replace" our order with BIMO vapes. I told them we don't want any of their BIMO vapes, we want ONLY what we ordered. I immediately requested them to pay us our money back. A person who names herself "Cassie" on WhatsApp replied after a long while that they can't send our money back because they paid Elf Bar already and they will try to get the money back from Elf Bar. This vendor apparently lies a lot and they have committed a premeditated (pre-planned) Fraud whereby they had no interest in selling us any Elf Bar vapes at all, they just lured us into sending them our funds and they originally planned to send us what they originally planned to sell us anyway. By the way, Elf Bar has a steady supply of what we ordered, this company just wants to keep our funds, which is totally unethical and un-business-like behavior. I asked them to send us their invoice on Made-in-china as well, so this person named "Miss Astrid" sent us their invoice on Made-in-china too. When I asked who this:Miss Astrid" is, she told me on WhatsApp that this is the Manager of the company... although this could also be the same person I talked with on WhatsApp, who knows... AVOID this company. They are also known by several other company names they alternately use: Bimovape

Shenzhen Savagevape Technology co., Ltd. runs under THREE different company names, depending on where they receive funds, either in Luxembourg, England and/or in Hong Kong.
1.) Shenzhen Yufuyuan Technology Co., Ltd.
2.) Shenzhen Savagevape Technology co., Ltd.
3.) FUTEY TRADING LIMITED
They advertised a product named FORT SHISHA 45k -- it appears to be a vape product.
We have ordered from them 100 pieces of the abovementioned vape product -- FORT SHISHA 45k.
When they've received our funds (665.05 Euros), they stated they cannot send the particular product from their warehouse as they are unable to ship to Hungary from their location. After a lengthy discussion, they tried to talk us into completely different no-name brand vapes.
They apparently run a deceptive and fraudulent business practice as they advertise one product that they do NOT have and they try to compensate with an undervalued no-name brand.
They have been asked repeatedly to send the funds back, however they declined to do so. They also mentioned that they will send LESS money back to us as their bank charges a refund fee. We have repeatedly asked them to send us the FULL AMOUNT, however they keep hesitating.
This is CLEARLY a DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULANT AND "scam" operation of the company represented on made-in-china.com
On Friday, their agent who runs by the user name "~Savagevape-Leah" and uses the phone number +44 7923 185325 on WhatsApp, promised me they will send my money back, then on Monday (Feb. 17,2025) he (or she?) wrote they now (?) have the ordered product, but they are out of one flavor, nevertheless, they replaced the missing flavor to another one and he said our shipment is on its way to us. On Tuesday, the next day, I messaged him to tell me if the shipment has left their premises but there hasn't been any response.
STAY AWAY from this company, they SCAM people! They advertise one thing and they try to talk you into a SUBSTANDARD product that's a low quality vape!
DO NOT BUY from them! STAY CLEAR!
Excellent customer service, excellent support line when needed, and the entire process was smooth and transparent.
First it took a lot longer to get to me and then the product is not working properly.

I contacted them several times for refund for about 3 weeks now but no response from them

Since you chose DAP as the trade term, the responsibility for customs clearance falls on you. Therefore, the supplier has declined your refund request. We recommend negotiating with the supplier to find a solution that minimizes your loss.
