Wow! Be careful dealing with this company! I've never dealt with them but have friends who have been royally screwed by this scam site. Worst of all, they have a clause that states they will fine you $3500 if you post a negative review. Kleargear is the worst place to order from. A friend of mine ordered some products and never received them. She attempted calling this company. No answer EVER! She emailed them. No response EVER! Then I saw a news story about another family who had lots of problems with this scam company. They were charged a $3500 "fine" and had their credit destroyed when they refused to pay the joke of a fine. Why you ask? Because the wrote a bad review of the company who claimed that their purchase agreement contained something that said they couldn't bad mouth the company. Well Kleargear... I never bought anything from you or signed some bogus purchase agreement so I can give you all the bad reviews I want and you can't do a damn thing about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

My order arrived in 5 days with the economy shipping (?!?) and they emailed me about a note I put in the comment section of my order about an item that was out of stock and when I could get it. I didnt think anyone read those things!

I saw Macy's Housewares having a sale on Pots & Pans with Bonus! Being bulky I ordered a non-stick & stainless set plus a set of fry-pans online. The items were shipped free, arrived on-time with tracking! But I then noticed the pans went even lower in price plus a promotion of an additional 15% for credit card holders! I signed-up for a card, instant approval, ordered duplicate sets on Macy's card. We trekked the original 5 boxes to Macy's SF; paid for bridge toll & parking, returned to my Visa without a problem! My duplicate & less pricey sets charged on Macy's arrived on time too!
However only 4 stars because after research I found the Stainless set was a lesser quality than it used to be. The Company changed a few years ago. That info was no where on the site or on packaging! No problem, we trekked back over to Macy's this time only 2 boxes. The sales lady was sweet, she informed me that I could've just returned by mail free of charge! What? Why didn't the other Sales lady mention that as we were balancing 5 boxes? Or the person on the phone when I was making a duplicate order & told them I was going to return the first order? She also thought the guy opening my account could've done a price adjustment... no need for all the time, gas, toll & parking x 2?!; P
Oh well! It was an amazing deal & I enjoy my new non-stick Circulon & bonuses! But I'm Still looking for 10/18 SS fry pan for a good price .

I have to split up my review in two parts: one for delivery/purchase and policies and two for customer service.

One: Macy's online in my opinion doesn't have the best layout and there are definitely less things online than in store, which isn't that odd but they tend to have cheaper prices. The only caveat is that $99 minimum for free standard shipping. That being said, it's great if you need to order a few things that meet the minimum. Keep in mind though that store employees can adjust the 20% discount if you own a Macy's credit card while codes won't work online on certain sale items. Nonetheless, you can trust them to ship items to you - if different items are at different warehouses they will arrive separately with no extra cost.
The other thing mention worthy is that if you order something online and change your mind, it's better to cancel it within the hour. Otherwise they cannot alter something once it's processed. This leads me to the next point that makes my review meh.

Two: I wasn't able to cancel an order and they shipped the item. I contacted customer service and they told me to refuse the package. I refused the package on 12/9, it was delivered 12/11. I contacted them three times (twice via email, once over the phone) that the delivery date 12/11 isn't TO ME but to their warehouse. The UPS shipping number even shows that I refused the package on 12/9. No matter how I explain it they keep telling me that once the items arrive, I will be issued a refund. But the refused package arrived on 12/11. I understand that it's the holiday season and things get hectic so my issue isn't with them not processing my order per se but with their refusal to acknowledge what happened with proof (UPS tracking #) that the package was already delivered to them! They keep replying with "when we receive your items..." when the items were delivered. At this point, I would suggest that instead of refusing a package you cannot cancel to instead return the items in store. That way you can be sure you are personally returning the items and not dealing with customer service that don't seem to address anything.

I was in a tight spot last week as my wife's birthday approached and I had no ideas left? On a whim I found myself looking over Macy's jewelry section and found a large selection of earrings, bracelets and everything else. The choices were many. I didn't have any expectations going in there. But I decided to find a pair of reasonably priced earrings for her birthday and the selection was from a few bucks to thousands of dollars. I found something in my price range that was very elegant. Of course time was running out so for an extra twenty dollars I had them delivered second day.
They came right on time quick and easy and just as important my wife loved them. I never thought Macy's would be a place I would be writing about in a positive manor, but here it is. I recommend you take a look. I was surprise and pleased.

I have worked for this company over three years and I have to say that the dot com part of macys is horrendous. Everytime I have ordered something online or placed an order in store they SCREW me over. They not only cancelled my order without notice but on their site it says it was shipped! It took them a whole damn week to tell me it was cancelled over the mail! Not even an email or a phone call. This has happened twice all within a year. The customer service is horrible once they find out you're an employee they're even worse. They could care less about you. I am going to stick to nordstrom even without discounts it's not worth the heartache.

If I could give this company one star I would. They are awful with customer service, extremely rude, and unhelpful. Although, I cannot generalize because there are so many Macy's branches across the country I can definitely say that with my experience at the stores in Miami and their online service I will absolutely never shop there again. For anything.

So, the thing is I used to shop here every single day and online they don't carry the same thing they carry in the store sometimes. Like my jeans size is NEVER online but its in the store. Sometimes the prices are different too sometimes more expensive and sometimes cheaper. Also, I ordered a purse and it just said processing for about a week and didn't take money out. Then finally the day I received it (two weeks after I ordered it) the money came out. I never had that happen before with them and I wasn't pleased.

Other than that, the sales are phenomenal. The customer service is helpful. Be very alert on how they charge your Macy's card. It took them almost a month to fix a discrepancy that wasn't my fault but they fixed it and I continued to shop. My wardrobe is filled with Macy's items. They normally deliver promptly and everything is packaged neatly. Take advantage of the sales.

KlearGear.com is nothing but trouble. Website says they will ship all in stock items next day-LIE. They also don't answer emails and their phone is busy 24/7. They charge a $50 fee if you file a complaint against them. I can't believe they're still in business. Terrible company, RUN, don't walk away from KlearGear.com

Great site with a great customer experience. Offers easy returns. Only downside is free shipping is on orders over 99$ so smaller purchases can't be delivered for free

I ordered a lapdesk that arrived broken, took 30 days to arrive and it came broken, no reply to my request for a refund and now they want 50.00 more because they say I voilated the some agreement in their fine print, I filed a claim with paypal. Spread the word, Stay away.

I ordered three squeeze toys for $3 each and one showed up broken. I sent 4 emails over a period of weeks and did not receive any response what so ever. They have a phone number on their site that I tried for days and is always busy. Glad it only cost me $3 to learn what a poor company this is, do not buy from!
