I would score them zero stars if I could. This site is a joke and I am amazed anyone would shop there. I'll probably get a bill for $3,500 for writing this. I will not shop there again.
If this is true, (a) the credit card processors should drop them like a bad habit for unethical behavior, and (b) any lawyer who assists a company with this type of behavior should be severely sanctioned.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT, SOULLESS "BUSINESS"! This site did NOT send a Utah couple's order, so they did the logical thing and posted a negative online review to this effect. kleargear.com responded not by reaching out and attempting to make things right as smart businesses do... Rather, they FINED the couple $3,500 dollars for violating a "non-disparagement" clause in the ToU that the internet archive proves DID NOT EXIST at the time the order was placed! This fine has wrecked the couple's credit score and left them unable to purchase a furnace during cold weather. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

An order was placed, but never filled by KlearGear.com. They cancelled the order and wouldn't respond to emails. After a bad review was left for their disservice, they attempted to collect a $3,500 fee. When that wasn't paid, they sent it to collections. The original order was for less than $20!
Absolutely shocking contempt for customers. Take your business elsewhere to a (hopefully) more deserving company.
Klear gear is so pathetic. I don't see why any one would buy any thing from them. What a band of thieves and liers.
I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered items from them, which never arrived. They did not return any of my emails or phone calls, never refunded me. Nothing. If you are thinking of ordering something, you'd be better off just taking that money, walking down a city street, setting it down on the sidewalk and walking away. At least then you'll have no false expectations that you'll be getting something in return. They are nothing but scammers.
If you order something and need to return it or it doesn't show up and you complain, they will send the mafia after you, kill your puppy and destroy your credit.

I had the unfortunate luck of ordering something from this website. No product ever arrived, they are impossible to get in contact with and don't seem to care at all about their customers. The level of incompetence of this website and company is criminal. Stay away!

As I am not the person that placed an order I can wirte this review and not fear being fined 2000-3500 dollars for doing so.
The only reason you would buy from this site would be if you never wished to receive the items you ordered and wish to lose your hard earned money. Please do not buy anything from this site. STAY AWAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

I have no experience with this web sit other to say their products look fine however I thought only the natzi took away peoples freedom of opinion, isnt it illegal to put in a contract or clause a fine to curtail a persons freedom of expression. Also it apears they have broken the rulles saying they have an accredited bbb a+rating which it apears they dont. The company ceo should do the right thing and drop the fine and remove it from all contracts and also clear the Palmers credit rating and also give them a substantial compensation for harasment.
They only ship to US and Canada? Come on!
Oh, I forgot, the fine for negative reviews won't wash with the credit agencies here in Europe…
