Macy's reputation has significantly declined, with numerous customers expressing dissatisfaction with both product quality and customer service. Complaints about inadequate customer support and billing errors are prevalent, leading to frustration and a lack of trust. Overall, the feedback indicates a trend of declining service standards and product quality, prompting customers to reconsider their loyalty and seek alternatives, suggesting a pressing need for Macy's to improve its operational efficiency and customer relations.

Like many others, I was shocked to hear that a seemingly legitimate business would dare fine anyone for bad reviews. If they were a legitimate business, they would welcome ALL feedback as it would enable them to better serve their customers in the future. Clearly Kleargear doesn't care about its customers, not even to the point of sending them their items in the first place after receiving payment.
A pathetic company, with pathetic standards of business. I'm sure not everybodies experience with them was horrible, but a boycott would be absolutely deserving.
Here's the latest kind of treatment you could expect from this company. I pulled this off the MSN homepage...
It's always tempting to take out your dissatisfaction with a product or service on line, but Jen Palmer is paying the price for that temporary relief. After the frustration of getting stiffed on an order from KlearGear.com and the lack of a response from the company, the Utah woman posted her criticisms on ripoffreport.com. Some three years later came a notice from the company that the Palmers were in violation of a nondisparagement clause in their original purchase agreement, and that they had 72 hours to remove the post or face a $3,500 fine.
But ripoffreport.com wanted $2,000 to take down the review, and now they say the dispute with KlearGear has dinged the family's credit report, leading to a pile of rejections as they apply for auto and repair loans. "I have the right to tell somebody else these guys ripped me off," said Palmer, who is hoping for one last appeal with a credit bureau.
My advise to this poor woman is hire a attorney and SUE the KRAP out of them!
If they made and sold tacos, you could call the tacos 'poop tacos' because that is what these dungslingers would be slinging.
The site indicates it is BBB approved at A+. But the BBB site says "Not so much"

Very shady business practices, and apparently they fine customers if they write negative reviews when they fail to deliver the order. Watch out and read the TOS, since that's where they hide the language which gives them the legal right to do so.
Kleargear.com is all over the news about ripping off customers. I'm glad I wasn't one, and I don't intend to be one, and neither should you! Let this be a lesson to brash management idiots everywhere -- customers are your lifeblood, not helpless victims you can prey on and suck the life out of. Give Jen Palmer her $3500 refund due you vile deplorable slobs!
Since I've never bought from them, they can't sue me for writing a negative review but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If they perform poorly and you write a negative review for them, they can fine you $3500 (and they will, as evidenced by news reports about it) Whatever you're looking to buy, make sure to buy it SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I would vote them lower but I cannot. This company is the epitome of anti American and circumvents the constitutionally protected rights of Americans. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Try and sue ME, punks!
DO NOT BUY FORM KLEARGEAR.COM THEY ARE CRIMINALS! THEY LIE, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY, THEY THREATEN TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT IF YOU TELL OTHERS WHAT THEY DID TO YOU, THEY MAKE FALSE CLAIMS ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION, SUCH AS HAVING A GOOD RATING WITH THE BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) WHEN THEY DO NOT, THEY WILL REPORT YOU TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES EVEN IF YOU DO NOT OWE MONEY... THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN FREE SPEECH!
Very difficult to get a hold of anyone. Products not delivered in a timely manner so I had to cancel the order. After further research, I found that this site might be a scam. Avoid

They will rape your $#*! with the fire of a thousand devils,
This is a scam website. If you buy anything and decide to write a review, it better be a good review, or else they ruin your life.
DONT BUY FROM THEM.
Don't buy anything from these criminals. They use quasi-legal terms to intimidate customers and will use bullying tactics involving credit agencies to mess up your credit if you don't pay the $3500 "fine" they charge for a bad review.
Seriously, avoid this site like the plague.
A scam, no return calls, no product, take my money and I receive nothing. A total scam. The attorney general needs to investigate them for fraud. They are a scam and scum bags. They burnt me bad. I will see them burn in hell... they need to be shut down and prosecuted for fraud. They are the worst of the worst. Pure scum.
Be warned! Do not work with KlearGear! They will take your money and not deliver the product.
Thought the site was cool with the variety of what I consider throw away buys. It's cool Unless you want to speak with someone or actually want a response about a product.
Oh, did I forget to mention that kleargear.com WILL fine you for receiving a product and then giving them a bad review. Well they do... so if you want to roll the dice and see if they will send you to collections... go ahead and break out your credit cards! Woohoo!
Unable to contact anyone at this site. They charge you $3500 if you write a bad review against them and then screw up your credit when you don't pay the fine. The owner should be publicly shamed and then jailed.
Ordered a few items years ago and never had a problem. However, these past few moths, I have been trying to contact someone (ANYONE) to inquire on order status. Had to cancel transaction thru credit card company! This company is a nightmare! Never again!
