Macys screwed-up my Christmas! I ordered two vests for my daughters present at DECEMBER,8! 10 days of trucking they cancelled one order, did not even bother to sent email to me (I find out from MY OWN trucking)! On December, 20 they send the second order on 3 sizes BIGGER. I had to go to the store during the season time, stay on line to return it. Both my daughters stay WITHOUT present on Christmas. Very,very disappointed.Can't count on this store anymore.
I purchased online 3 clothing garments from Macy'sUSA, I received 1 parcel and there were only 2 garments inside the parcel,
I contacted Macy's and they said the parcel was delivered, yes a parcel was delivered but 1 garment was missing.
I did not expect this kid of attitude from a renowned company like Macy's.

I bought a purse weeks ago expecting to have it for Christmas but I never received my package, I received a email confirmation about my package delivered 12/09, I looked everywhere to see where was my package because I live in Apartments but nothing no news about my package, so I waited two more days to call Macy's to do the claim, when I called customer service to let them know about my missing package I was told that they will resend my package, the next day I received an email from Macy's, this email (We have researched the order in question and concluded that due to multiple claims of non-receipt, we are unable to credit or reship your merchandise. Also, we are unable to process reshipments or credits of merchandise purchased online going forward).
I was shocked because this is a completely lie, I just made only one claim in this past 15 years of been Macy's customer so no its not ok that Macy's have to lie for disregard responsibility of a missing package. Until this day I have called five times Macy's customer service, they keep saying that I will be reimbursed but nothing happens, I don't know why they don't want to be responsables of a lost package, because is a $400.00 dollars item? Macy's only refund cheap items or what is going on?

I went to Macy's on 12/14/2022 and bought some cologne and it had indicated on the website it came with a free gift. So I informed the lady that was assisting me and she couldn't find any free gift bags that it came with so she said if I had a minute she would go look in the stock room so waited and she did. She came back with a Jimmy Choo duffle bag and even wrapped my cologne for me she provided excellent customer service and I was so thankful to her. So then I come home and realized I was supposed to buy 2 colognes not only one so I go back to Macy's at like 7 pm and asked to purchase the same cologne again and asked for the free gift since I knew they had one and the worker told me that they were not able to go into the stockroom it was to late and every night they changed the code to get it for me to return the next day after 12 pm if I wanted the free duffle bag. I honestly felt like they just didn't want to make the extra effort to fo walk to the stock room, it's like bring the bags onto the sales floor like other vendors do why do you keep them locked up in the stockroom when Christmas is days away? So I did I returned the following day 12/15/2022 to find the helpful lady that helped me the first time I made my purchase. I informed her of what had happened and she could not believe it that they made me come back the next day, and again she went out of her way and did everything she could to make my purchase go as smoothly as possible, I wish some of the other workers did the same and provided their customer with such excellent customer service at this time of the year. So I would like to give a special thanks to Carloyn H. For providing me and I'm sure all of your customers with such excellent customer service I truly did appreciate you.
WhyTF does Macy's send out those absolutely worthless Platinum Member coupons…Instead of listing exclusions on the back try listing the 2 items in the store they do cover. I started reading the exclusion list and realized it included the entire dam store. Send me a $5 dollar coupon and stop paying to print all of these BS $15 $25 or if you spend $200 you get $50 off….BS….My 3 orders were over $1000 dollars and I couldn't even get $15 off of $50….Out of over $1000 not even $50 qualified….It's ridiculous…Maybe that's why you have a 2.7 customer satisfaction rating…!
I have never had a problem resetting my password in any other site. Macys is a nightmare. No matter how many times I call customer service, I always get the same message "oops that page can't be found." Yeah, well now this customer can't be found.
Do not apply for macys this is the worst company. You do not wanna work for them they dont let you go on break on time and will try to find the smallest reasons to fire you if i could give them negative stars i would.
I have bad experience with Macys store online. I've been trying to buy a product and the two times I bought it, they cancel my order they don't know how explain what happened with my order is so irresponsible.
Ordered a very expensive watch from Macys. Com only to receive an empty watch box in the package sent to my home. I called immediately to complain and didn't ever get to speak to someone but shortly after received an email saying I had a history of doing this and they would not credit. Totally false and misinformed
I am not even sure I have we ordered from Macys and certainly not recently. They are a pathetic excuse for customer service and even after reaching out to the president of the company; no response. How they have been in business for 165 years is a mystery. Please don't waste you money here and whether the theft occurred onacys or UPS I don't know but certainly don't order anything of

An order got canceled because it was sold out. I paid some of it with a gift card and the rest was charged to my credit card. They said the refund would go back to the gift card. However, the balance is zero. I reached out to customer support. They are a nightmare as none of them know how to do their job. Nothing was resolved and the customer reps lied to me. There is still no resolution. Macy's does not care about their customers. Avoid them at all cost.
Horrible shop! Never ever shop here! They cancelled the order with taking money from account! And I have to wait 7-10 days for it!
I did 2 online orders one order I did immediately got canceled so I called macys about refund policy, the lady said if I still wanted the items, I said, "yes", so she proceeded to order,got off the phone with her my email says it's been cancelled again, whatever so I need to itemized receipts showing my items were cancelled and would be refunded to my account. Called customer service because the cancellation did not show on the itemized receipts they sent to my email, nether less customer service non speaking English with the competence of banana couldn't do this and told me that they sent an email to me, which I didn't receive while on the phone. She says to me it takes 24 hours to receive an email… are you kidding me! I ask her does she work for macys. She said yes, I said I don't believe you, and hung up the phone. After being on phone for an hour and a half what a joke. Never will I again shop at Macys I've had better experience at Ross. Very unprofessional incompetent company
I was so happy to stop in this macys and find this very nice lady who helped me buy a beautiful outfit,I couldn't forget her name Louise because my moms name is Louise.She was a great help and I wouldn't mind traveling to come to this Macys again,very very nice and helpful
I went to the Macy's in Valencia. During this time with the holidays things are so hectic but Karla at Macy's in Valencia was excellent she didn't try rushing me away she gave me the best customer service.

Looking at their site online saw some boots for 29.00 which I thought a great deal I ordered the boots put in my credit card info etc pressed button place order the receipt came on the screen $240.00 then there is no phone number to call them they start a topic you want to find info so I go under how to cancel order they tell you if you cancel in 15- 30 min you can get your money back IN TEN DAYS however if you ask for refund after 15 min they keep your money ship the unwanted order then YOU have to ship it back to them wait many more days to get your money back NOW IF THIS IS NOT A SCAM TO HOLD ONTO YOUR CASH I DONT KNOW WHAT IS

Made a recent purchase using Macys/AfterPay App. AfterPay took the first installment amount (which is what I signed up for) and Macys also took the full amount (almost $300) for the same purchase.
I've been calling Macys for the last 3 days and have spoken to at least 10 Customer-NON-service reps from Macys. That experience was like speaking to a bunch of Planet-Mars-Aliens.
The last response that I received from Macys yesterday was that Macys does an authorization hold for the full amount (What? Why?) and the full amount would be credited back to my bank account, but she didn't know WHEN!
My next steps are to make another attempt to contact Macys Corporate Headquarters, BBB, social media and more. I am demanding and explanation and when is my account going to be fully credited.
Macy's doesn't notify you with shipping status and then lets you know after shipping date that item is on back order and they don't know when it will be in. They then ask you to wait one month later and if they don't hear from you they will cancel order. They don't have a selection for you to cancel. They also still have the item online for sale! Poor business practice. My last purchase from Macy's
I ordered 2 shirts 2 weeks ago. Advise shipping would be 12.1 it is now 12.5 and they still have not shipped merchandise I called and was advised it would be sent out that same day. I give them lower than a zero. Rubbed me $2500. With no gratitude for that's a lot of money. I purchased a necklace for 1700 hundred dollars didn't receive it when I called they give me the refund I asked why would you send out such an expensive item without signature the associate said when I purchases an item for that much call to let them know that so it wouldn't happen again. This time I purchased a bracelet worth $2000 dollars and like the customer service associates instructed me to do is what I did. Not receiving my item connected with associated asking where is my item informed me it was delivered left on front door when I called and said make sure someone sign for it. For 3 months I called 3 times for the week every time I speak to someone they said they reviewed and it's not them it was delivered I ask to speak to a manager they will hang up the phone. One of the associates said I need to contact ups another said they don't handle the delivery another said the account is flag and he didn't want to tell me why. On top of that I received my bill only to see a 597.52 increase for interest and never had any agreement to pay within a period. Total macys charge me for something I don't have plus for something I know nothing $2597.52 I lost be careful it could happen to you. I CLOSED MY CARD AND WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Macys lost a customer that spent hundreds of dollars. I definitely will shop elsewhere where I'm treated with respect something macys said they treat there customer with big joke you don't stand by your word. On top when I call on record thanks for being a valuable customer. That's how valuable means. Allen on of the manager I spoke with he promised me he would call me back never did today I paid off the money and closed my account the customer service assistant was okay. Because you steal from customer so why will you care. Read there customer policy.
