Worst experience with a customer service representative. The MackTak Price Match and the flashing red banner its a Big JOKE Compared with other sites. No more free shippping with the price match lol. Wh the purpose then, it's Will become the same price.!?

I've tried many sites this one was a dumb trick for new shooper. Just wasted my time.

This store is a scam! Stay away! You need an appointment to get in so I made one and came all the way from Eastern Long Island by car and train. What a waste, when i got there I was rudely told look at the dresses and try on what you like. She refused to help me and the selection was so small even though they advertise the largest selection in NewYork city. The worst part is all the dresses are garbage cheap imitations. Every style I saw on line she said they did not have in the store but when I asked over the phone they said to bring style numbers so they can pull them out for me to try and now she is telling me to order them on line after wasting my time and money to go into the city. I will be reporting them to consumer affairs and who ever gave them good rerviews is either lying, working for them or does not know any better! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I was in the center of attention among all students during my prom. I ordered Jovani dress 3009 from Macktakmart 20 days before my prom and I was so afraid that my order would not make it to Russia on time. But I was pleasantly surprised that it got to me in less than 10 days. I loved the dress. It is amazind! I also liked customer service representative of Macktakmart who were able to speak in several lanquaqes including Russian. Thank you for making feel a special customer.

I love free shipping. I mean, i love it. I love it even more when they ship the next day. And even more when i get the package the same week. And still more when I get it in 3 days. And now that I'm done gushing about Mack Tak's great shipping, I will talk about the delicious dress I bought! Another thing, their sales! Unbelievable! I bought a Tadashi cocktail dress for under $100! I have always loved the mind of that man. His collections are always so classy and sumptuous, never too showy, and great for a woman of any age. My daughter loves to borrow my Tadashi dresses. And she is 22. You see what I mean? Their customer service is great, so pleasant on the phone, always. I suggest always checking the stock before you buy. Its always safer that way. And always go back. Mack Tak Mart has been a great store for me every time. Im ashamed to say this is my first review but I'm sure to write some more.;-)

Ordering my wedding dress was wonderful. The lady I worked with was incredibly nice and helpful! However, once the order was placed, it was a horrible experience. My dress arrived almost one month late! Yes, one month! When I called to see where it was as it had not arrived by my wear date, I was given mixed and conflicting answers and no one took responsibility for it being late. I was told that I would have to pay more money to get the dress or give up the items they were including as a promotion. When the dress finally arrived, they had stuffed my floor length dress, that was covered in feathers, into a box that was 3" by 14", with a purse AND a pair of shoes! Needless to say, the feathers were destroyed, bent, broken, mangled from the horrible packing job. They did not quality check the dress as there are stains and beading falling off. The measurements were over 3" off! I would highly recommend avoiding this company!

I just got my Tony Bowls dress in the mail and I am soo in love with it! Its so soft and the color is so pretty n person. It fits so perfect on me everywhere. I totally love Tony Bowls. Their dresses are so pretty. I was looking at them a long time and I was so excited I found them for sale at macktak & I lovee the free bracelet MTM gave me too! Its so cute. I can wear it with anything. I can't wear the dress for prom next week!

Please stay away from macktak mart. The customer service is EXTREMELY BAD. I ordered a dress and desided to returned it. It took me 3 weeks to call and no answers. They don, t pick up the phone as soon as they see the number. After many many times i called finally they answered i explained that i want to return the dress they said no, exchange only or store credit. I ask to speak with the manager because this was not what they told me before i ordered she said yes hold on, and then she hang up. So that's my story i managed to get my money thru my bank but trust me you will get very dissapointed if you order from them.

I ordered a dress from them months ago for my wedding May 26. I happened to email them a few days ago as they had not been keeping me updated only to find out the dress will not be restocked... something they should have known a while ago. They blamed a "glich" in their computer system. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Whenever I called to inquire about my order, if I happen to get an English speaker on the other line, they would repeatedly put me on hold or transfer and at times, never actually answer my questions.

MackTak is fantastic! I can't believe I just scored such a great deal! I just bought an DESIGNER evening gown from them that came with free shipping, free shoes, and a free clutch as the accessory! I'm so ecstatic right now. They are all so beautiful and nicely made! The dress is so comfortable and so slinky smooth. It looks ah-mazing on me. The free shoes and clutch were so cute! Great quality for free! The shoes were Jovani too! I love how the clutch and shoes match my dress perfectly, just like they were chosen to. MackTak has such great taste and great deals! I love it! I'm coming back for my sister's engagement dinner and wedding! I can't wait to buy my next gown from them again!

The customer service is terrible and untrustworthy. A day after I ordered a dress that it was out of stock and would arrive in 2 weeks. I have agreed to wait two weeks for the dress I ordered to be in stock. When I placed my order the dress was listed as in stock and I called the day before I ordered it and an employee told me the dress was in stock. I have emailed customer service several times and got no response. Each time i call someone (Nino or Ellie) tells me it will be in by the end of the week. Ellie has put me on hold several times and has either not gotten back to me or completely hung up. This has been going on for four weeks straight. My wear date has since past. Not to mention that when i placed the order the dress was not listed as back ordered. The site is untrustworthy and the people (Nino & Ellie) are very rude.
