Never order from Macktakmart! I ordered a gown and did not understand why it was so small. I found two tags sewn inside with two different sizes. On the designer tag, the size was whited out and a sticker over it. When I called, I was told it was the designer's problem even though they say every gown is checked and double-checked before sending it out. They refused to take it back. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They never responded to the BBB complaint; their score with them is an "F" due to the amount of complaints they receive.

The before sale service is excellent, the selection is excellent the aftersale is APPALLING!. Also beware as the sizes given on the website are not at all accurate. My dress arrived 4" smaller on all dimensions even though I emailed my measurments and was told which size to buy. I did not receive any free accessories, and all my emails where ignored. BEWARE! They would not refund even though it was there fault. Luckily mastercard are dealing with the refund for me.

I bought a Jovani dress from http://www.macktakmart.com back in February and they shipped me the same exact dress as ordered with free accessories. Customer service was good too. I do recommend them.

I've ordered 2 Terani dresses from macktak and I got exactly what I ordered.

Macktak was super fast with my shipment. Highly recommended.

Once I had the same problem and they called me back, apologized and upgraded my account for free for 6 months. It's prom season now and they are probably super busy.

I've ordered a dress off this website on march 3rd and they still haven't sent me any shipping information and have not been very helpful at all when I ask them about it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Had anybody ordered from macktkmart. Com already? I am planning on odering a dress, and of course it si super important to get the right one. So I was wondering if there anybody who can advise me.
