I live in Canada, and have been on the site looking for the right travel bag.
I found a great Louis Vuitton Keepall.
Rikki was exceptional! Great service, answered any questions I had, she is my trusted go to girl. Customer Service was above and beyond. I will not hesitate to purchase from Luxe again again. In fact I did later that same day! Thank you so much Rikki you made my day.

To be honest, I came in thinking this place was a scam. Extremely low prices and a payment plan on luxurious items? Boy was I wrong. The people that work here are the most sweetest people ever. They really care about you and are really driven to get you your item that you most desire. Thank you very much for all the great customer support you have provided me, I will deff be using LuxeDH again when I'm in need of a new wallet :)

I was looking for a particular bag for my wife and I found it on LuxeDH. I had some concerns and they were answered the same day. I dealt with Nestor, he took care of everthing for me and shipped the bag out the next day. He kept me informed thru emails and the bag arrived in just a few days just as promised, and in the condition stated on the website. The pics are the actual bag you are getting. This bag was a vintage bag without the dust cover, but they put it in a very nice generic one, wrapped and packaged nicely. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our purchase. This is a website you can trust and purchase from without worry.

I was told my purse was going to get delivered on Valentines day. My husband waited all day. We wanted to celebrate Valentines but can't leave the house because of the package supposedly getting delivered. I called FedEx and according to my tracking # it wasn't going to get delivered until Tuesday, 3 days later than we were promised. My husband is not happy/disappointed. I'm not happy either because it just ruined our whole day, Our valentines day! Now I'm thinking if I should just cancel my order!

Awesome experience, Andrea was very knowledgeable about products and very responsive to my emails. The Louis Vuitton "Eva" bag I had ordered was in perfect condition. Came with box and bag also a tag of authenticity. My fiancée was very excited opening up Christmas day and I thank Andrea for making it happen. Received my Louis Vuitton bag today and could not be more pleased! It it is in beautiful condition and i am thrilled with it!
