I left several messages regarding the status of my order. I have not receive a response as of yet. I paid express shipping and my order should have been already delivered.
So luvyle responded a few days ago to my last review stating check your email for your refund. They didnt even send me an email. And I thought their financial system was down? Liars! Schemers! Send me my refund already. It's been like 5 months!

I placed my order on 5/15/17 for three items. ORDER# *******
It took them two weeks to send me a confirmation of my order. They sent me an email statung that one of the tops I ordered was No longer available. They asked if I wanted to exchange for another top. I said No.
Why would you advertise it but tell me its not available?
One month later I received the other 2 Items. Nothing like the picture; the dress was horrible, Cheaply made, the top looked like it was a $3 shirt. I decided I would just take my loses on the clothes but requested my refund. Until now I have not seen my refund for the top that was back ordered: I have sent them numerous emails regarding my refund.
No Credit yet.
People save your money Do not order from Luvyle their clothes and business etiquette is horrible!

This company will not send out item of clothing within days stated on delivery. I paid extra for up to 8 working days and Im not on my 26 day waiting. This company is bent, it should not be allowed to advertise on instagram or Facebook.

My order number is *******. Ordered ages ago. Have continuously been ignored to cancel my order and refund my money. They ignored me until I started telling everyone my experience on social media. They have finally contacted me with now a drawn out excuse that it is going to take up to an additional 30 days to receive a refund. They are scammers. Do not believe the positive feedback. This company does not try to be better as I see it, but it's also a mistake in me that I did not read the reviews and ordered the product from them.
You do not do this, first read the reviews! I ordered the product on May 13,2018 and in the address indicated only district mistake. But this is really nothing, will be possible even not do that. Anyway, good that I did it, I wrote them by email and they answer, notes, of perfect everything ok, now we changed your address. I am with pink glasses waiting for order after 3 week I asked them, whatsapp, why I still didn't have my order, dadadada answer! As you change your address it took time to change it bla bla bla, we still didn't send it. Perfect! Now I wrote that cancel my orfder, they wrote that we already sent it that we can't cancel it. They gave me tracking number where bI check it, it still didn't send.
I know now someone will come and sorry for delay for misstake, for inconverience, and will ask my order number to check bla bla, open your eyes and check, my order number is *******. Cancel this order! I don't need any shipments from your side! I will not dress this stresseful dress, return my money!

It is a complete scam. I placed an order on March 23rd for three items. After waiting weeks for the shipping information I reached out April 17th. Three days later (April 20th) they responded, informing me that the tracking information would be sent within 48 hours. Three days after that, April 23rd, I finally received the tracking information, at which point they notified me that one of the items in my order would be delayed, without any anticipated ship date. I kept checking the shipping information but the tracking was not updating, so finally on May 24th I reached out again. They wrote "Usually delivery takes up to 10-20 business days (or 15-35 natural days). Unfortunately recently some packages show slight delays. It is confirmed by the shipping company that most packages will be delivered within 28 days, while a small percentage of the packages will be delayed up to 38 days. We would appreciate if you kindly track your parcel online and wait for more days. If no valid online information is being updated or your package cannot be found in your local post office by then, we will contact the shipping company to check for you again.
We apologize again for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you very much for your support and understanding."
Furthermore, at this point, I was told that the item that was delayed was no longer available and I would have to select a new item. I asked to get refunded for the item as I no longer want to place any further orders with this company and received no response. As of today it has been 38 days since the item allegedly shipped, the very last day they estimated it could be delivered. The items are still not here. I have notified the company and have not heard back from them.

I wanted an appropriate gift for my Moms birthday and this handmade silk scarf only agreed to be perfect for her. She loved the floral pattern of the scarf. The delicate pink hues of the scarf matched her dress. She wore it as soon as she opened the gift box and so many of the guests complimented her.
