I ordered 225 dollars worth ot merchandise two weeks ago and have yet to hear a word about my order being processed. After reading these reviews I doubt I will ever see those clothes or get a refund.
I ordered 4 dresses in June. I have now received two dresses of very poor quality. I have not received the other two dresses yet. Order nothing on this site! The quality is very bad! Or you will not receive your ordered clothing. Wasted money.

I ordered my dresses two weeks ago and it says it takes 5-7 business days to process, then you will receive a notification when it is sent out---I am still waiting for that email! I ordered from another place last Monday and got those shoes on Wednesday; WITHOUT FIRST DAY AIR! Do not trust these online companies

Notice all the positive reviews about this site are men!!! They are fake reviews. This company is a scam and not reputable. They're quick to take your money but not produce the item. I'll be reporting them to instagram and facebook!

Awful service! Ordered clothes over 6 weeks ago & got no response when I have followed up to see where they are as still haven't arrived. Waste of money! Will get facebook involved now as that's where I saw their advert - shockingly bad. Any good reviews on here are fake!

This company is not to be trusted. I ordered two dresses and two bikinis on the 4th of June, then added on an extra dress to my order, I was told to pay $18 via PayPal send the the transaction ID, which I did. I requested confirmation of them receiving it and when the dress would be sent. They kept emailing me random replies saying that parts of my order were on the way but not mentioning the extra dress or the payment I had made. When I received the original order one dress was sent in the wrong size and both dressed were polyester blends, not cotton as the website had stated. I emailed them and they requested pictures which I sent, they then offered me a $10 voucher instead of sending me the correct size, I said the dress cost me more than that so no. They never replied to that. I received one bikini in the wrong size and a month after I'd ordered. I never received any reply regarding the extra dress I paid for, when they finally acknowledged it they said the transaction ID was wrong and they cant see any payment, so I sent a screen grab of my Paypal receipt and resent ID. They replied again randomly stating that the second bikini had been sent to me... no mention of the dress or acknowledgement of my email. I replied clearly stating that I did receive the bikini and I was obviously not referring that it, pointing back to my previous email. That was 12 days ago and still no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are liars and thieves!

Made an order on 12th July, was told it would take 3-7 days for delivery, on 28th July I emailed to ask where my order was (16 days after order) and was told it was ready for shipping and I would recieve a tracking number. 5 days later, I hadnt recieved any response from Luvyle. They managed to take my money on the same day the order was made though... impressive!
I have requested a refund and was told I would have to wait 25-35 days for the refund to be processed, I cant believe in 2018 a refund would take this long! Having sent a number of emails to Luvyle, the only time they seem to resapond is when you post a review - I wont be ordering from this company again and will continue to make contact until I recieve my refund- avoid avoid avoid!

Don't you ever try to buy anything from these people. I made a purchase on July 8th and got a reply ensuring me they will ship it within 3-7 days. Fourteen days passed, and I actually had to contact them to "remind" them about the shipping. 24 hours later, I finally I got an answer with a tracking number. I do online shopping all the time and this kind of unprofessional way to do business has never happened to me before. I'm expecting a full refund immediately.

I purchased an Item that took almost 2 months to receive... and when I received it was a wrong item... Luvyle does not want to refund me! What kind of company suggest the customer to donate the item to someone else if you are not happy?!?!?!?!? SCAMSTERS!

I have placed an order almost 2 months ago and still haven't received the items.
I am very disappointed as I thought this website was professional.
They don't reply when I ask for a refund, they don't give me a deadline for delivery and actually in their last email they said my products were still not sent.

Very dishonest company that lies about shipping times, pretends you have paid for all items ordered, and asks you to be patient and hope you ever get your money back when requesting a refund. This is the kind of company that screams scam.
I don't know much about women's fashion but I'm guessing it's good cause my friend left with a purse and two dresses. And also fantastic selection of clothes and styles for men. Very trendy and comfortable. Will be buying all my business and casual attire from luvyle in the future.

Despite the promise that a refund HAD BEEN SENT... you guessed it, NO REFUND HAS OCCURRED. NO email detailing the refund has been received.
Their comments to 'check my email' for the refund is just another runaround.
I think it is time to contact the State Attorney General and file fraud claims

Yet again Luvyle sends a meaningless and false response.
I DID receive an email from them ( a few days ago) telling me that a refund would be issued in 20 or more working days MEANING A MONTH from now.
Waiting another month for a refund to be started is insulting.
Their request that I send photos of the wrongly sized (and therefore unwearable) items is another stall tactic. They know what the item is and what it looks like yet they want photos sent? So they can send to the right department? The stalling, delay and intentional attempts to wear me out continue.
THIS HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST 'RUNAROUND' I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED
As can be seen, Luvyle has responded again asking for name and order number. I just sent it to them, AGAIN. This is the 5th time I have given the order # and my name.
Their plan seems to be to delay, delay, delay... probably hoping that the unhappy customers will go away. IGNORE THEIR MEANINGLESS FRIENDLY RESPONSE
Ignore the nice sounding response which was posted by Luvyle. They have shown no intention of making things right. Their guarantees, promises and response are an insulting joke. They know my order # and my complaints... yet, they do nothing to correct matters. They pretend to be responsive here on sitejabber. Dont be fooled, their comments are all for show. Since writing my initial comments they have done NOTHING.
2 of 4 items not delivered. The 2 which DID arrive were horribly missized and unwearable. Sizes shown with product bear no relation to the actual product.
3 times have requested a refund on the 2 items which have NOT yet been shipped(5 weeks) and told them to cancel this part of order. Their responses are useless and insulting and my requests for refund have been ignored.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover this cute online store. It's well curated and all the pieces are interesting and stylish. I get comments on my clothes from here all the time. I totally recommend anyone go there!

They sent me a low quality product (all cheap synthetic fabrics) and the designs where not the ones that I saw in their photos. I put the 4 cheap sweaters in the GARBAGE!
