I've purchased 6 wigs so far from luvme never had a reason to request a refund or even an exchange... except this last order of the afro headband wig. It's curl pattern in many spots seems dry and manipulated as if it was old or used! At 1st I thought it was just from the packaging and shipping but after further examination it clearly was not! I followed the return instructions that was provided and emailed them within minutes at *******@luvmehaircom actually I've sent 12 emails and wrote on the website advertising other wigs tagged them provided the order no. Still no response I'm very disappointed as this is my 1st experience needing to reach out and this is the outcome I will never again make a purchase from them!

I sent them an email to follow up about an order I accidentally made. Once they take your money they don't respond. Buyer beware. Hairs not all that but doable. Worst company to deal with.

I've been wearing wigs for 30+ years and this hair is the worst hair I've ever had... I bought 2 wigs and wasted my money! We don't get the same wigs the models wear or the people who does them fake reviews... STAY AWAY PEOPLE!

I've purchased 2 lace front wigs ans 3 headband wigs from luvmehair. I just put on my loose wave headband wig this morning and I'm in love l. Great quality wigs, super convenient, and fast shipping. I'm definitely purchasing a deep wave headband wig within coming weeks. The free gifts with each purchase is a plus too.

I absolutely love my unit and so do my friends and family. They loved how natural it looked and so did I. Everyone even loved how soft the hair/ curls are. It is super easy to install (beginner friendly) and I even washed it with little to no shedding! Definitely coming back for another!

Presentation on arrival was beautiful, I almost didnt want to remove the bow. My hair was soft, easy to install, and no tangling even after a month of wearing. Will definitely order again. Not sure why but it wont upload my pic, but believe me when I say it was FIRE!

You can use coupon codes, klarna, afterpay, quadpay, and use your points(whenever you make a purchase you earn points) for gift cards. Shipping is fast even with the pandemic going on. Hello yes I'm very happy with my hair very so came fast the only thing is I would love to see more browns light color and some Burgundy hair but all in all I love it yes I'm going to order more so I have a lot to pick from, thank u very much I love my headband wig.

The results of the wig after my stylist colored it is amazing. I have washed it and worked out in this wig. Two months later, it still feels and looks great!
