I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week now after I received an email about them needing a copy of my drivers license and credit card. Yet, you can email me and text me at 4oclock in the damn morning. Answer your phone oops you can't because one is a non working number and the other a Google voice message

I've been ordering wigs from LuvMe for quite some time now and I've never been disappointed, and I PROMISE you won't be disappointed either!

This hair is bomb really easy to install and absolutely flawless. It comes bleached and preplucked which is a plus.

Super Excited with my LUVME Wig it's classy chestnut color is perfect with my complexion, and I love how it fits my head perfectly. It's like I'm not wearing a wig but my own hair. I love all the compliments I have received from my family, friends and strangers too. Great price and delivery was fast too. I'm so happy I purchased this product. Have to thank LUVME hair for this classy luxury wig. It's so cute on me

This hair is so beautiful and soft the color is very much appreciated and the installation was easy I've washed this hair twice and the curls bounced right back.

I love this company! First off the quality of the hair is great! I have a few wigs I have ordered from here and all of them are great quality! The hair comes very fast and packaged very nicely. I would definitely recommend Luvme Hair!

Do not buy from this company it's a scam, reviews included. They are selling and sending out cheap ugly wigs and are only offering $30 refunds on the units that were purchased for $150-$200 and up. When you reach out to Stella you will get the run arounds/a bunch of excuses. This is the absolute worst hair experience that I have ever had and I will NOT! Purchase from them again. Ladies put your money where it counts, and it's not with Luvme hair. They don't even deserve 1 star.

UPDATE*** I'm a little late with my update, but I am happy to say that I received a full refund. I wasn't letting up on them. I maybe received my money back into my account a month later, after a constant back and forth. I still say stay away from this company! Their reviews are lies and their hair is party city quality. NEVER AGAIN! #theytriedit

I sent several emails asking to exchange my wig for the same style just a different length and I don't get any replies. They say you can return your product but I'm scared to send send my wig back before I speak with someone on the phone or by email, Im afraid I will be out my money and won't have my wig because I sent it back for a refund or exchange…. What am I supposed to do? Any suggestions?

This Unit Was Absolutely Amazing, Very Low Maintenance, No Shedding, Vibrate Color, The Lace Didn't Need Much Work

I really love this wig. It's the perfect length for me. I usually don't wear wigs. The ones I do have, they just don't work for me. I was skeptical at first about purchasing a wig online. I couldn't feel it nor try it on. I went on youtube and watched reviews. I made this purchase and I must say, it was the best decision ever! I love everything from the packaging, to the softness of the hair. The only thing I dislike is how it smelled like barbie doll hair. But that's because it's packaged in a box and traveling. So that's not really a big issue. I will be purchasing more wigs from LuvMe in the near future.

I absolutely loved this wig. It was well worth me buying. It was similar to my natural hair. I had so many compliments about this wig. The lace was bomb and my hairstylist slayed the melt! I say get it ladies if you were hesitant before don't be.

I am so pleased with my head band wig…. It arrived really quick and the hair texture is awesome and it dyed perfectly! I love it!

Always great hair, I have 3 headband wigs from them. The Bob one is my favorite. So convenient and easy to maintain.

I ordered a second half wig from luvme same half wig & same color like my first one. Well what I got was a half wig different color and curl pattern. They blaming me for their mistakes & charging me all type of fees just to returned it.

I'm not sure how this company has received so many good reviews. I ordered the 5x5 Undetectable Invisible Lace closure wig in an 18". The wig is suppose to be 180% density but it's more like 130% density. The knots aren't bleached and the hairline is barely plucked. Now I know why this company always offer discount codes. You get what you pay for! The wefts aren't double sewn. They are cut and sewn as single tracks.

**Update** After leaving this review I was refunded $40 to "update my review" which explains all of the good reviews. Customer service even went so far as to text me at 4:35 a.m. asking me to update my review. SMH! After this experience, I will NEVER shop with this company again.

This product definitely lives up to the hype. Hair is real soft little to no shedding, and it's not itchy and easy installment.

I must admit I was a little skeptical about ordering an online wig but thanks to Luvme hair I received a beautiful wig also I received headbands, hairpins and a beautiful Luvme hair clip. I highly recommend all my Nubian queens order as I plan to order more!
