The wig is made from high-quality hair. It's also very comfortable to wear, and it doesn't shed or tangle. The cap is adjustable, so it fits perfectly on my head. I've worn my wig to several events, and I've always gotten compliments on it. I highly recommend Luvme to anyone who is looking for a high-quality, comfortable wig. Before you purchase, you need to read the return policy. Within 30 days of receipt, if you wish to return for a refund, you must contact them, and they will provide either the return address or a return mailing label. But none of that is true. Once you contact them, rather than doing the right thing and abiding by their own return policy, they put you on an email merry-go-round. I emailed and responded to their emails several times from 11.11.2023 through 11.19.2023. In all their responses to my emails, they failed to provide the information needed to return the wigs. This cat-and-mouse game happened repeatedly. It is as if they are intent on wearing you down so that you eventually just give up out of frustration and keep the products that you want to return. In the end, I did give up and decided to post negative yet truthful reviews so that other potential customers could understand the company's practices regarding returns do not in any way align with their return policy. Also, if you conduct a Google, Microsoft, or Bing search, you cannot find a return address or a telephone They keep playing this email-the-customer game. Regarding my first review, dated 11.19.2023, I posted several negative yet truthful reviews on Trustpilot and a few other sites. As a result, I finally received a helpful response from Luvme. In response, the company admits to reading the reviews I'd submitted to Trustpilot and Sitejabber. Again, they apologized for my situation, BUT, this time, they agreed to send me a return mailing label. As stated in my first review, I've been emailing back and forth with this company since 11.11.2023, requesting the return address or a return label. I find it so sad that I had to go through drafting and responding to email after email to get this company to abide by its own return policy. As of my last email, dated 11.19.2023, they still failed to provide the information needed to return their products. It was not until I got frustrated, gave up, and finally posted negative yet truthful reviews on this company, that they relented by acknowledging my returns and offering to send a return label. It is so sad that in order for the company to abide by its return policy, the customer has to go to hell and back. This experience was extremely stressful and frustrating. This unit came ready to go out the box. Just needed some fluffing, I refreshed some curls and trimmed the lace. I got SO many compliments on it. Looked just like my real hair when I had long hair.
