I bought my wig lace front virgin hair, on Dec 27 and it arrived ON TIME Dec 31 by DHL. The hair is beautiful and I will buy from here again. Don't believe the negative reviews; they are possible competitors.

I am absolutely in love with my wig. I am new to wearing wigs due to them looking, for lack of a better word, "wiggy" but this wig is gorgeous. I ordered the BREATHABLE 360 LACE WIG PRE PLUCKED in 12 inch Deep Wave. After bleaching my knots and shampooing my new wig it stretched out to 18 + inches and I love it. There are no tangles and never a moment that I can't run my fingers through it. It responds well to heat, and curls back up immediately when water is applied. I haven't had to us any product as of yet and the lace is seamless. I will be trying the undetectable lace next and may even purchase straight hair. Due to having to leave out my hair, I normally shy away from straight, but now I've found the company that will give me exactly what I need to have European straight hair. I'm so excited. I ordered three wigs from them, not good quality for the price they are asking. The deep wave 12" didn't look like the picture it ha two different types of hair sewn in it. I contacted the company the said try to style it but I did and it looked crazy, they said they would give me $55 off my neck t purchase but have yet to recieve that coupon code, I also noticed that they ever put the bad reviews on the website, I tried to reach them several times to get my refund but to no avail. LUVME HAIR COMPANY IS A SHAM AND A FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY BUYERS BEWARE!

I saw this nice wig and people are saying they get their product in 2 to 4 days. Well not true. I still haven't received my wig yet. Now they are saying it will be sometime next week. My order online said by the end of the day Fri, December 14,2018. Now, the people have blocked me online, and not responding back to my messages now. I cant believe these people are in business. Scamming people out of their money hard working Individuals. I'm reporting these people this has to stop.

The hair itself is very cheap looking and the U part is way too wide.
When I asked for a refund I was told that I would only get 1/2 my money back AND i had to pay for the return shipping to somewhere in Asia, and wait until they received it (which could take weeks/months) before I'd get the refund.

I decided not to put myself through the additional frustration and just kept the ugly thing.
I now have the most expensive costume wig ever.

I waited almost four weeks before receiving my order. Once received I realized the order was shipped from China which explains the length in shipping and the cheapness. Quality of hair was not what ai expected for the amount paid. Hair was shedding and looked to have already been cut almost like it had split ends. The wig cap is very large for my head and bunched up making it look bulky. The sew-in weave was also spaced out which caused the wig not to look full. This hair that is being sold is totally different from what is advertised in the video on IG. Will never purchase from this place again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The hair I received was very cheap looking with shredded ends. I ordered the body wave and it had hardly no wave pattern at all. The color was supposed to be a natural which I thought would be a 1B but the color was closer to a #2 or medium brown with a few golden streaks in it. I was very unhappy with the order and they want me to pay to have it shipped back or be refunded half the price. I decided on being refunded half the price instead of giving them more money to ship the wig back. Its been weeks and still have not received the refund. No one will answer emails, fb posts, inbox messages etc. Very poor customer service! They only speak to you frequently as an optional buyer. DO NOT BUY A WIG FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

I'm a hairstylists in the Atl metro area. I ordered the water wave 18" about 2 months ago. The hair does loook natural but sheds extremely bad. It also matted in the back Bc they put cheaper hair in the back of the wig. It constantly tangled so I ended up cutting it into a short bob to get rid of the tangled hair in the back. It's ok now but still sheds.

Decided to give it another try... I ordered a body wave 18"... terrible quality. There's no body, it sheds even worse, it won't hold curls at all. And it gets extremely oily and you can't use any type of oil on it, light or heavy... It frizzes still and tangles.

Please be aware, the hair is not of good quality. I've wasted money on these wigs. I would advise visiting your local beauty supply stores and seeing the quality and feeling the textures of the wig before purchasing.
