The makeup is easy to order. It showed up on time.I love how I always get compliments when I use Luminess makeup too. It goes on flawlessly.

Not the order I expected. I thought I ordered a spray make up, but I received an eye shadow instead.
They said there was a try before you buy promotion going on and they wouldn't charge you the $45 for the foundation and they said it was just a hold on my account for that $45 to show that I had money in that account but my bank withdrew that money from my checking account so it was not a hold because that money came out of my paycheck I didn't like that deal at all I don't think it was right

I never ordered the Lash Lure Kit. I ordered 1 Breeze Duo, got 2 of them, ordered only one. And, ordered the Dual Brush Kit, and only got 1 piece.

Always great! Never a complaint. Quick delivery and anything that I have questions with customer support they are always diligent with answering them quickly and accurately. I've had nothing but a great experience with this company. Plus the products they sell are exceptional!
I didn't try it as soon as I got it because I don't wear makeup if I'm not going out somewhere. But it did go on nice and smooth and I like it
I purchased the product and I did not think that it would give me a headache. They told me the only way that I could return. The product is to use it and again I said I had a headache from the smell. They didn't care. They just want me to use it and if it doesn't work, send it back take pictures. I couldn't do neither of those two so now I'm stuck with all this money and three expensive lumibalms. Don't order from this company! Evidently they don't care that the smell gives me a headache. They still want me to use it even though I get headaches with the smell they should always accommodate the customer and in this case they don't, I understand that if you use the product and not working and take pics of they will return it within 90 days, but my issue was different. It gave me a headache.
