I ordered colors 40 & 50 to see which one worked the best. They BOTH turned my face ORANGE.
I called them and asked for a refund due to wrong color. They said I didn't order on a special deal. So it was NON-REFUNDABLE. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? It's the wrong color, I can't use it.
After calling several times, I told them I would go back to Jarome Alexander airbrush foundation, then I got a partial refund. They suggested a color match, I said I did your color match it didn't help.

Placed order Dec 2nd and I didn't receive my order until Dec. 17th. I also feel the site could be better organized for the shopper's experience. Feels very 90's with the landing page trying to upsale. I like their products though.
The full and the light coverage is really good. However, the PRIMER spray smells horrible.

I don't usually wear make up so I want to try something different. I tried the airbrush with the brush that was with it and it was nice. It was nice and light my hair. My face looked nice today
I tried it once, and it settled into all my wrinkles and made them look deeper, I'll try again, but don't think I'll be keeping this. Also, was sent way more than I ordered, and even received another order which I am refusing and sending back immediately. Nope
Initially very poor service with Luminess web site adding 5 items which I did not ask for to my order and then attempting to charge me for them. I called and spoke with a representative who gave me a huge discount to try the products when I asked for the order to be cancelled. I felt that was fair but still not happy with the initial experience. Will withhold final judgment until I have tried all of the products which were ultimately sent to me.
I am not receiving the assistance I need to complete an exchange or return
