I placed order on Dec 5,2024 & didn't receive any information about my order until Dec 23,2024 I texted asking about my order then I called on the Dec 22,2024 next day got a email saying my order was shipping out on Dec 18,2024 & I have no order it is Christmas Day nothing. I'm VERY VERY UNHAPPY with the hole thing, The company could have let me know that my order was on back order but nothing again, there should be better communication, my order should be a lot cheaper, less then I payed. It was a Christmas gift.
Wonderful! I've wanted to treat myself for a very long time but couldn't really do the makeup I preferred,as a single mother. I put my wants last. Luckily for Christmas my family gave me some money so that I could finally purchase this product for myself to enjoy and try! It has fulfilled all expectations! I'm so happy about this treat

These are really good make up products. I love the option of trying them before buying, however their skin tone March is very accurate
Im 50, I have few wrinkles but I do have crepe skin. I had doubts about this makeup. I am loving it so far. Looks great and stays on for hours.I did go down 1 shade than what they had suggested, and it matches perfectly.
The foundation is wonderful. I have no use for the other products. I don't wear that much makeup.
My experience was very great but not happy because my skin is not taking it hoped.

I decided to try Luminess. I currently use J Alexander. Placed my order and n December 6th and as of today 12/24 I still do not have my order. I have tried to contact Luminess but have been unsuccessful.
Horrible note good at all the color did not match which I have use the same color with the air brush, I didn't get the 3 piece that was supposed to come with the order free,I hadxsaid when filling my order that I didn't want to try the other products and I still got a bunch of items that I have to send back.all in all this is a very bad experience with the company
