I've used the luminous twice now and I won't be using it again it's not as advertised it doesn't cover like it says and it wears off very quickly I'm a server and not even halfway through my shift my makeup on my face is gone

The color did not match and there was not a clear way to exchange the color. I think wish I could have gotten the next color to see which one I liked better.

Placed an order thinking I was trying it for the trial period but actually was charged for the product. When I called to inquire I was not treated professionally and I canceled my order. I would not use or purchase the product. Plenty of products and companies that value my business.

I'm not crazy about the foundation because I need more coverage than it provides and the primer doesn't smell good. I plan on returning it!
I'm trying to return and i'm following your return policy. I'm on hold for over an hour and then call disconnected…i have been trying to contact to do the return for 3 days and im am now past my trial and im being charged. I talked to someone on chat and was told i do not have to return and i will receive a full refund and i would get an email confirming…i have no email confirming. This return process has been so exhausting…would not recommend!

The product isn't bad but it's almost impossible to get the exact right shade, which I did not. I also thought even with the primer that it more so highlighted wrinkles, the product itself isn't bad just not for me
Ir is a great product. It stays on all day. It doesn't make me look like I have to much makeup on.
I applied the primer first then the foundation. I used it sparingly not sure how it will look in my face. I use foundation sparongly anyway but this didnt cover my skin like i was hoping it would & by watching the videos i really thought this would make a difference. I regret i will have to return my trial offer.

Trial amount advertised is not what was billed. I was automatically billed 2 seperate amounts that equalled 121.98. This was before I could excercise the 14 day trial. I thought I if I really like them I'll call and adjust my subscription. The products didn't exceed my expectations so I just requested to cancel.
