Got products quickly. Have tried it for a week, and I am planning to return product. It took twice as ling to do my makeup than normal and I don't have that kind of time to mess with makeup. I didn't care for the results, looked to fake.

No issues, not satisfied with the product quite yet will keep trying
I ordered the basic "try before you buy" package. When my order arrived, it contained extra products I didn't order totaling over $100. When I called customer service, I was informed if I sent back the products, I would pay almost $18 in return fees. He then offered the products for $18 which I agreed to. The products will not get used. Not a good way to do business! Would never recommend this company.
