Nice product. Goes on smooth and has nice coverage. My shade was too dark so I am waiting for a response from Customer Service to get the right shade.

I wrong a shade that was too dark for my complexion. I contacted Customer Service and I was immediately offered a different shade. I was.given additional time to try out the new shade. The representative also email me the new shade and allowed me to chose the one I wanted.

Sorry but I do not think the stylist heard me or got it right at all.

When I received my order on 2/7/25 I tried the foundation and it was DEFINITELY not the right shade. Spoke with customer service and they are supposed to have sent me shade 030 but I have yet to receive a tracking number. My new order number is *******.

After submitting a quite frustrating review about not being able to get through to customer support and not being able to utilize the rewards points I built up, a Luminess Customer Support rep had come across my comment immediately noticing my frustration. She reached out to me to try to make this situation right as I have been a loyal customer with Luminess for almost 1.5 years. She offered to refund me 20% of what I paid for my order, but I explained to her that I really needed to order 3 of the Airbrush Makeup Sealant cans, but was only able to order 2 because I wasn't able to utilize my rewards. She checked with a supervisor who approved to send me the 3rd can of Airbrush Makeup Selant instead of the $10 refund. Delight went above and beyond to correct any frustration that I may have had with the company. I remain a loyal customer. This truly shows the dedication that Luminess has to their customers because most other company's wouldn't even read my review comment and if they did, they surely were not calling me to try to make it right. Thank you Luminess! This really showed me how much the happiness of your customers mean to you!

Had a small iasue, it was explained and I received my merchandise... However, there was a misunderstanding regarding price and hopefully there isnt alot of the same mistakes because the merchandise is well worth the price... But I feel like the price deceptive and also the authorization hold is something you dont expect and this jist makes you more knowledgeable on how online try before you buy offers go... You actually pay for it right then... Which is something that is unexpected but the makeup is great!

I absolutely was delighted to find a foundation that goes on this smooth, and looks good all day. My skin suffers from red patchy spots on my cheeks and most foundations that cover drift into the creases and looks heavy. Liminesse is perfect. I look great, my skin loves it, and I will be using it for years to come

-Color match is poor, Mine was orange.
-The coverage is mediocre and can see pores through and does not set well.
-By the time it comes in the mail you have maybe a day or two to review if you like it and return.
-Customer service line is a joke, wait time was 100 min and a call back went straight into the holding again with no Live person.
-Sephora used to be my go to with their brand of spray foundation, nothing has come close. I am still on the search for something better. Unfortunately this is not it.

Rather pushy you're interested in one product but they try to push the other ones on you I ordered one product and was sent another one and was told that they were out of the product that I originally requested when it was in before it was sold out at the time I ordered it and the young lady tried to sell me the product separately now it's not available at all I'm very unhappy and I've been with this company since his first started

I want a refund for this product. I have contacted the company with no prevail.
