Like the kit indicated, "watch the video", is excellent advice. I may need to call and get a lighter color and possibly the concealer as well. I'm usually lighter in the winter months and darker during the summer....which the photo I sent was with tanned skin. That was my fault. I'm getting use to using the wand, and found that it can go on too thick if you're not gauging the pressure correctly; it's more of the fact that I didn't think much was coming out, but keep moving the wand...as we're told to do. Also, we ladies a little older may need to gently tug to smooth out the wrinkles around the eyes before applying in that delicate area. Don't give up on it, I feel it's promising...just takes practice, practice, practice. Give me about a week and I'll send an updated review. :-)

Took me 4 or 5 tries before I got it right. I got the wrong shade. Will reorder a lighter shade and combine it with the one I ordered. Should match perfectly. Once you get the hang of it, it goes on smooth. It covers well except for the dark circles under my eyes which are still very apparent (not at all like the video of the lady with the dark circles that disappeared after applying Luminessair - which is the main reason I bought it!...) Maybe I need to order the concealer. Willing to give it a try.

Im 1/2 Cherokee my skin tone is never the same in the spring time Im a light bronze in the summer Im a very dark reddish tone I buy up to 4 different tone of liquid makeup and try to match my color as best as possible, I finally gave in and ordered Luminess air Ive used it everyday I Love it Im in more control of the blending and Ive about match my tones perfectly It takes practice to get the fill of it and blending into different shades but its worth it so try try and try again because youll love it when you get it to your perfect shades

I do not like it it makes my skin look too dry it is not made for over 65 woman. I have called for 2 days trying to get an RA # and no one will return my call I try to wait for a operator to come on the line and the only response o get is someone will call me back in 24 jours and I have been waiting for 48 hours And no one will call me. I want to send back before my 3o days runs out I am doing what your web site says to do but I cant get anyone to talk to me to give me the return number so I can send it bAck. Is this the reason no one is contacting me so my 30 days will run out and you will charge me for something I do not want to keep. I hope your company is not that low so please call me sherry mahaffey *******300 As soon as possible maybe I can get the RA number this way. HELP PLEASE!

Called Customer Service to cancel, the shades do not match my complexion, I was on hold for 30 minutes, finally I asked for a call back, stated I would receive a call with 24-48 hours, it's been 3 days, and no call back. I was suppose to receive eye shadow, lipstick and mascara, and I only received eye shadow with no way to apply I guess just with your fingers. Not very happy with the product or the customer service. This was a very bad purchase.
