I can't find any instructions on how and in what order the serum, moisturizer, concealer, foundation and setting spray are to be applied. Are they applied separately?

I am very disappointed that the machine that is supposed to deliver the make-up to the face was broken - air came out feeling like it worked however there was no make up descended to my face. LUMINESS has promised to mail me a replacement for the defective part at no extra charge.

My husband purchased Luminess Breeze for me as an anniversary present. I Received my Luminess this past week and ready to use it! I do have a scheduled appointment on Monday for the "beginner" so I can get this ball rolling.

My Luminess airbrush stylus and Breeze system had stopped working and I called
Customer service. The representative was very courteous and immediately took care of the situation. I was happy to hear that I had insurance that covered both units and replacement units were mailed out to me immediately!

Good product, the Luminous products are of quality ingredients, I always get a few things from them but I'm out of repair and reverse which they were back ordered for a while so I'll have to check again soon thanks

Delivery was good. Product was amazing… for 4 days. I followed the manual's instructions regarding how to take care of the machine and clean it properly in between uses. It seems that the sprayer is clogged or something and now it's sporadic, when it decides to even work at all. Highly disappointed, to say the least.
