The products where all opened, not sealed and I will more than likely have to return the system because all lights are staying on. It will not change as the directions indicate. Pretty bummed out. I'm still playing around with the product. I'm not one that wears much makeup so I'm trying to get the mixture right. I will say it does make my blemishes a lot better

I love the product but encourage people to watch the instructional videos available! I will keep practicing, but my first try was much better than traditional foundation! I'm 56 and my skin loves this new way of doing my makeup!

I received the Luminess product I ordered, but was disappointed there was no written instruction manual and my phone was not cooperating to allow me to access the video tutorials the code I was supposed to scan. I tried to find videos on YouTube but none of them showed the basics of how to use my product. So, it was trial and error and I quickly learned it is challenging to use the lever that adjusts how much product is dispensed.
