For years I have used and loved Silk 4-in-1 foundation in Shade 2. When I went to order more foundation, I discovered that the names of the shade colors had changed from one to three digit numbers. Because I had been using Shade 2, I ordered Shade 020 to replenish my diminishing supply. Unfortunately, Shade 020 is much, much lighter than Shade 2 and makes me look like a ghost. It was a costly mistake as the Luminess website states that "opened cosmetic products are non-refundable". As a common courtesy to its clients, the company's website should include a comparison chart showing the old and new naming convention.

Well i did what to try it but the color to dark so I try to get color mix but I have to pay shipping and this already cost to much so I want to return

Answer: NOT worth it! The airbrush is fine but the hassle of auto delivery which I didn't realize was part of it is expensive and not worth it! I canceled and still owe per the "agreement"! Very expensive after all this!
