I returned my product at least 3 weeks ago, with their directions. On March 3rd sent email asking what happened. No response! I noticed the only time I might get a response is when I write a review.

Waited quite a while for a product and when I received it it was totally bent and leaking. Very disappointed UNTIL I called them and they promptly sent me another one (well not THAT prompt... 10 days!) but it arrived in perfect condition.

Am I the only one that gets orange hair from this product? I ordered the light brown color and the dark blond. I tried the lt brown first it separates to orange and brown. After shaking shaking and shaking the product. As I spray it in my gray hair it's orange looking! It's
Brown going in the breeze but before I can get my hair sprayed it's orange I even started shaking the breeze hoping the color would stayed combined. As I get to the end of bottle I'm thinking it's old stock as there is a clump of brown color that won't liquify? Now I'm using the dark blond and it's orange looking also. Seriously what the heck? Any suggestions………
